Very friendly and helpful staff, they made us feel very welcome :) The rooms are very comfortable and expensive-looking considering the price. Everything we needed was present! The bathtub especially was a nice touch. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station, and although the area is a bit shabby-looking compared to the grandeur of the hotel, attractions are relatively easy to reach.

Our stay was good overall, a few things to keep in mind: - the staff was super nice, but most of them spoke little to no English, which was no big deal anyway since they used a digital translator (though the result was sometimes a bit confusing) - laundry service is expensive (understably since it's a luxurious hotel, but the price of the room seemed more reasonable in comparison) - there was no ventilation/window in our bathroom

The hotel is in the center of everything and is easily accessible by subway’s line 1 and 2 so you can literally go everywhere. The interior of the hotel was great and staff were very hospitable and helpful. The GM of the hotel was very kind and even sent my husband’s postcard to Germany free-of-charge. Our room was upgraded too! I didn’t want to get out of the room because the room was super grand. In a nutshell, this hotel is superb and the staff went out of their way to make our stay in Nanjing as nice as possible. Good value for money as well. This is the place to stay in Nanjing!

What a beautiful hotel! We had the best time in Najing thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. Loved the cleanliness of every part of the room and the hotel. Loved the breakfast! Great value for money with sumptious food and amazing choices.

I don't like that the other hotels I stay at on my holiday will be very poor in comparison. This really was a first rate hotel with great front if office staff and friendly, helpful cleaners, and kitchen wait staff also. This was a very lucky find when I used Google maps to find a hotel in Nanjing.

Wonderful hotel situated in the centre of the city, very close to the underground station. The room are very spacious, with comfortable beds and with a lot of attention to details. Moreover, it is very clean and very well kept. They also provide welcoming water bottles, always very appreciated. The personnel is qualified and always willing to help, They also speaks English. Particularly, the hotel manager, is very willing to give you any support you need. If we ever come back to Nanjing, we would choose again this hotel. WiFi is available all over the hotel. Shops, restaurants and convenience store are all close by.

The hotel is right opposite the famous shopping mall lined with branded shops and also walking distance to the metro station. The room is uniquely designed with space for reading and pantry for storing food. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with bathtub to enjoy. We only paid half of the normal price for the breakfast which was only RMB50pp. We thought this is really a good deal as the buffet breakfast served a lots of variety of food including the local traditional food. The staffs were all very nice and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely go back if we were to visit the city again.

All the staff was very helpful. The hotel give us a upgraded room. Next morning during breakfast, we feedback to a restaurant staff that the room is a bit small, the assist manager immediate arrange a new room for us. Staff was really helpful, i feedback new room not cool enough, they offer to change room, i didn't want to go thur the trouble again so i declined , they pass me a fan. I said room abit humid,they put a air humidifier.

Didnt allow me to select my room temperature setting due to central aircon control system.

The staff here are amazing! Manager Hao was so welcoming, him and the team really tried to understand the purpose of your stay and gave recommendations on how to maximize your time in NanJing. The housekeeping team did an amazing job cleaning and restocking the room everyday. And on my last day they even prepared a little care package for me to take with me, which included pops, water bottles, cookies and a package of napkins (iykyk some public toilets and restaurant don't give out free napkins and you usually have to pay for it, so the napkins really showed their level of attention to detail and care). Also my room faced the busiest street and all the neon lights but it was surprisingly quiet!

It is an older hotel, so the facilities are a little dated, the room ceilings are quite low in comparison to newer hotels, And although the room had a nice view of the city light, i had to keep the blinds closed most of the time because it was very visible from the outside. Its about a 5 minute walk from the main xinjiekou station, the pedestrian entrance to the hotel is the same as the garage entrance so might be easy to miss.

Excellent location, in the central of Nanking city, surrounded by beautiful shopping malls and restaurants, 5 minutes walk from the subway, staffs are very friendly and being very helpful as well, breakfast has both Chinese and Western type of food to offer, fresh and tasty, good value for money. Would like to stay here again whenever go to Nanjing.

We got a free upgrade from the hotel manager as we ask for rooms close to each other. Breakfast was very good with very friendly staffs. Exceptional was housekeeping service. Our housekeeper Xiao Pan was especially attentive! She even made my husband ginger tea after learning he was not feeling well. What a great service!

Would have preferred a room with city view instead of the car park but could be the design of hotel itself.

Service staff and housekeeping staff were excellent, housekeeping staffs were extremely accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable Hotel breakfast had a variety of spread and food was delicious too. Location superb being very central and near to MRT line 2 which makes it convenient to get to practically all attractions nearby. Also located next to a high end shopping mall with plenty of food choices too. Will definitely recommend, good value for money !
