Excellent facilities, spacious room, and very good service. A staff member would wait for guests at the gate in the evening to drive them to the main reception. Greatly appreciated after an entire day walking in Disneyland.

A little difficult to find initially (Google maps won’t help). Without the improvised shuttle, it’s a long walk from the gate to the building.

What a beautiful hotel! Grounds are pristine and beautifully landscaped with a lovely feel. Everything is clean and well appointed. Staff were polite and helpful from the moment we arrived. They helped us with some questions we had re Disney and also with a phone charger as we forgot ours at home! The hotel is a 10 min walk to Disney park, very easy. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, food was of good quality. We will 100% stay again on our next visit to this area.

Unfortunately the bedcovers had a very funny smell which was unpleasant and unclean smelling. This meant I didn’t get a very comfortable nights sleep.

Big, comfortable, new room. Location: can easily walk to Disneyland, less than 10 minutes. Just cross the street and walk to the left, then turn right at the fountain intersection and walk straight until you see Disney Town. The hotel provide buggy car service from/to the hotel main gate to/from the lobby building from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Staff is very helpful. No communication problem, can translate Chinese to English by using translation application.

Breakfast is a bit pricy. (198 CNY per person)

The breakfast provided was a standard Asian buffet. The location of the property to Disneyland was excellent. The rooms nicely appointed with plenty of space. Nice and quiet, although there was families and groups there at the time, we didn’t see anyone so it was very peaceful.

The Mosaic restaurant was advertised as Spanish fusion. The Al carte menu provided for dinner had no Spanish inspired options at all. The menu had Asian section and then international, which was burger, spagetti bolognaise, salad, this made dinner selection limiting.

The rooms are huge and magnificent. The king-size beds are very comfortable and the room is very quiet. We really appreciated having both a bath AND a shower, separate from each other. The staff are very efficient and friendly, and we were able to get a cab in a few minutes and leave our luggage all day at the hotel to go to Disney. The park is a 10-minute walk away, a perfect location at a very reasonable rate for the quality of the rooms.

It's impossible to get WiFi, even in the lobby, the connection is almost non-existent.

Room was realpy big and had many thoughtful features for kids, feels pretty luxurious and laid back. The patio was also very nice. There were power sockets in many parts of the room which was useful. There was a buggy service to bring us to the road near Disney so abt 300m walk to Disney. Hotel staff were very friendly too.

The toilet glass sliding door was too heavy for kids! Maybe for more privacy the glass door should be frosted.

Lovely big clean rooms, grounds beautiful and great location with easy 10min walk to Disneyland. Did not eat in so cannot comment on food.

No laundry service or self-serve laundry which was frustrating as it was listed as a facilities on several reviews. After 3 weeks away I needed to do a bit of washing so it’s unfortunate something this simple is not offered but such an otherwise lovely hotel.

This really is a luxury hotel, and it rivals the big chains. I would stay here in a heartbeat again the room was beautiful and d the staff were over and above accomodating. If they didn’t understand what o was saying they would use a translation app. Super close to Disneyland (I walked there and back) and the Shanghai Village outlet shops. Airport is about 20 minutes away, making it the perfect way to end or start your holiday.

The property was exactly as described and displayed online!! It was absolutely beautiful! The rooms are massive and accommodated two people along with suitcases with ease! Walking distance to Disney which was the purpose of our trip!!

It was very relaxing and every space in the rooms was well designed. There was a his and her wash basin, and the high ceiling made the room very welcoming. I also really like that in the room there was an option for night light. The surroundings of the property were quiet and relaxing.

There can be more lights in the room.
