very nice rooms, beautiful reception area, dining and convenience store, claw grab machines a spa and a gym all inside the premises. metro is a block away, shopping center with multiple restaurants and some fast food options (mcdonald’s, subway, pizza hut, yangs dumplings) also within walking distance. there’s also a costco across the street. breakfast was phenomenal. wish i had stayed here longer, definitely worth it.

The service is exceptional. The staff make sure the stay was comfortable, having group chat via wechat that allow pre order of various stuff. My own experience is that the bucket for foot soaking was already in my room before I reach the hotel after a long day in Disney. Not to forget the free shuttle to n fro Disney as well as to airport. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet selection was superb as well.

1. Was trying to ask for a contact number of the shuttle bus driver on booking.com chat, no response. It's ok to tell me you don't provide driver's contact information, but not ok to not respond. 2. Was trying to reschedule shuttle bus through booking.com chat, there's simply no response. It's ok to respond and say it's not possible, or sorry we didn't see it in time, but not ok to ignore. 3. We arrived past 3pm, and room was not ready. We had to wait in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. 4. Crib requested and approved upon booking, but no crib set up. Had to follow up with front desk 3 time, before someone puts a crib in our room. You can tell how frustrating the check-in process was for us, with an exhausted toddler after a long travel.

Good location for Disneyland ❤️ and there's a shuttle bus send us and fetch us everyday to/from Disneyland. And the hotel driver, hotel staffs, will update us everything via weChat group chat. Definitely will back to Novotel again when we go to Shanghai Disneyland ❤️ highly recommended for those travel with kids 😍

We were so lucky to be able to stay here for 2 nights. Before arriving the staff were super helpful organizing a shuttle from the airport, and upon arrival the staff were super welcoming and check-in was easy. The rooms had plenty of space with comfy beds & the bathroom was also a great size. The buffet breakfast had an amazing & delicious selection & both dinners we had at the restaurant were fabulous &.good value for money. We also had a spa treatment which was amazing, and the free shuttle provided to Disneyland was much appreciated. This was the perfect place to stay & recover a bit after a few busy weeks tripping around. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We didn't stay on site, but this was only 1 stop down on the metro and the price was very cheap. There is a Costco about 100metres up the road and this was very convenient and they also had to small shops just outside the hotel and they were very handy. We booked 2 hotel rooms (4 adults travelling) and they gave us a family suite that had 2 rooms within 1 family unit. It was on a corner so it gave us lots of extra space which was really valuable when we had to stay in the hotel for the day due to a typhoon that happened while we was in Shanghai. I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for you and helped in anyway they could. They even helped me sort out the washing machines which we really appreciated. Fab hotel and would definitely stay again.

Location - Good for Disney, about 5-minute walk to Kangxin Highway Metro station. There is also a convenient store within the compound. Amenities - the shuttle buses to/fro Disney and Pudong Aiport are helpful. There's a bus to Disney every 15 minutes around park opening hour, and every 30 minutes around park closing hour. They provide night snack. I've never tried them, but I thought it's a nice touch. Breakfast - very good selections and quality for local (Chinese) style and Continental/western style. Room size - quite spacious bathroom and sleeping area

Lighting is way too dim, both in bathroom and bedroom, to put on basic makeup. I had to use my phone flashlight and hold it above me just to give me enough light. Cleanliness - bathroom doesn't look very clean (sink, shower wall). I'm not sure if it's because of its age or something else.

Good value for money, very close to the Disney resort, good breakfast and nice rooms.

Staff at reception dont speak English, but at least they use translators. They should provide better information about the shuttle from the airport, we missed it because we could not reach the meeting point. The hotel does not allow external taxis to enter in the compound, so we were dropped in the middle of the street by the taxi driver and we had to walk with our luggage from the main street.

The hair-dryer was very strong and made my hair shiny. It must be ionic. The best hair dryer I've ever used at a hotel. The bathroom layout was strange but practical. The rain shower and hand held shower made for a refreshing experience in itself. The constant aroma throughout the hallways was a bit strong at times but they picked a good scent, felt modern and classy. The beds were comfy and the mosquito net was well thought out. Good sized TV. Cannot fault anything about comfort. I wanted to go spa but there were no staff. I didn't book though so showing up to just have a look was expected. There was a pool but it was drained.

The bed was very comfortable, Staff was friendly and helpful even they can't speak English very well but they put an effort to try communicate. all staffs were polite and helpful. there was a convenience store nearby in a walking distance from the hotel. the drop off and pick up service at the disneyland was amazing and convenience! I'd highly recommend this hotel for whoever that planning to go to disneyland or whoever that don't want to travel far from the hotel to the Pudong airport
