I like the decoration and the food quality in the hotel. The service attitude was wonderful and we had a great time staying there.
On the first day, the room was not cleaned by 3pm, so we had to call and request the cleaning service. However, the response time was great. After that initial day, everything was perfect. Also one of our rooms was not ready until 4pm, which is not really acceptable. However given that it is quite a new hotel and we have other rooms to stay at, we are fine with this.

Spaces and clean.
Dissapoinments how you rate 5 stars when you're not even up to par. No staff welcome during arrival. No one is giving any service during the stay period. I request tea spoon from room service and the staff is unable to give me literally the staff tell me to make tea with my fingers!
