Location is very practical, in the center, at walking distance from shops and restaurants, and also metro. Very beautiful hotel, decorated with much taste, and exquisite staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Little more attention to the detail ( such as the cleaning of the windows and surfaces), cleanliness 8/10. Still, we would gladly come back here.

The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. The hotel is in a busy but very convenient area, next to a shopping centre and a short walk from a park and lake. The hotel is very impressive. The beds were very comfortable and facilities in the room were excellent.

We went as a short getaway and my children were looking forward to using the pool. However, it is not a family pool, it is part of a spa/health centre and primarily a fitness pool to swim laps. There are a lot of kids swim classes being held which does not make this a relaxing place to be or family friendly. Also, take a swim hat as you will have to wear one.

It was a comfortable hotel, near the Wanda mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The room was big and comfortable.

We drank coffee and they did not clean our cups during our stay. We had to wash them ourselves. If you are not Chinese, it is difficult to use the wifi. The hotel staff had to help us setting the wifi.

This was the perfect hotel to stay to complete my holiday through this northern Chinese province. The staff were extremely friendly and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in during my travels through China. On this trip I enjoyed the dinner buffet with a friend. It was absolutely delicious! The hotel waiting staff were extremely attentive and keen to please. A great location!

I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was served at this this hotel. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was amazing. I tried the buffet dinner, which was also great value for money. There were again so many choices of food. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, which is super convenient when you need to purchase last minute clothes.
