the Rooms are big and clean. the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. got an upgrade to the golf course view room . the view is fantastic. special mention for Mr.Jack Li - Director of guest service. Mr. Li has gone out of his way and beyond to make my stay comfortable . as the language is a barrier not only while speaking but also while using the apps for booking tickets, taxis, ordering food, etc.. mr. Li helped me in many ways and many times all the while being patient and with a smile. he also helped me to find the fastest and best way to get Hongkong from Shenzhen and even helped speaking to the customer support and booking my tickets for the journey to make sure the stay is close to the exhibition center. there is a supermarket, pharmacy, KFC, very close

a small drawback was the location. its in a residential neighbourhood. very safe but still things close down early. but the malls and restaurants are close by. a short taxi ride away. also it has only 1 restaurant which closes pretty early.

There was a great selection for breakfast especially taking into account it was included in the price. The location was walkable to Coco Park. Everything was quite new. I wasn’t looking for a luxury stay so this hotel was perfect; comfortable, clean, spacious. The room had both soft and firm pillows, which was a nice added detail, very good black out blinds.

The pool wasn’t open. There was dirty water in the pool with moss and plastic floating in it.

Hotel is relatively new. Staff upgraded us to a room with the view to the golf course so we had an amazing view. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast options were really good. Location was quiet and there were some restaurants and convenient shops nearby hotel.

It is about 15 minutes walk from metro station or Shopping Centre. Hotel is located within a residential complex, some taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel entry.

Value for money. Quiet, cosy and neat. About 12 minutes walk to coco park, a great mall with a good selection of restaurants. Safe district. As there are a few government offices around. Hotel had a golf course beside and high end residential units. Good spread of breakfast and spacious room.

Wifi is not strong in the facility.

Breakfast was good loved the noodles stand and the food was great, room was clean with a great view perfect location, and a free laundry room was awesome

Breakfast was good, but please add cold water as an option. The only issue was people would try to open the door when I am resting and sleeping and that would wake me up.

The facilities are very new and have been well taken care of. The room I was given was bigger than I would normally expect from a Holiday Inn Express and it has a nice view of the lush golf course nearly.

Having a restaurant or a bar open outside of breakfast hours would be a nice addition

Their customer care was above this world....@Henry their manager the guy was supper supportive.. Something good is they had robots for derivery 😄😁😁, only saw there. I planned for only one night but added 2 more nights...😁😁😁

The charger type was for Chinese type only,.. didn't accommodate my PC and phone charging system.

Should be given more focus on receiving people from diversified cultures. I was there with a group and we all are Muslims. Could be better if there is a muslim shower in the toilet.

Clean, good breakfast buffet with Western and Asian options, nice rooms

Room was too warm at night under the thick duvets, but was comfortable during the day.
