The rooms in this hotel are spectacular with amazing views over Shenzhen. Bed is very comfortable and great bathroom / shower. I paid around £70 GBP per night for my stay which is incredible value. Reception is on the 50th floor so the hotel has a very cool feeling as you arrive.

The coffee at breakfast is brutal. I often find this when I travel to China. Apart from that, the breakfast is good with a good selection of food. Also the pool was closed which is was a shame.

Hotel is modern and clean. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Lobby is locate at 46th floor and very nice view. After work have a drink at the lobby lounge is so relaxing. Rooms located at 47th and above with nice view. Comfy bed and pillow. Most important for me, Super convenient and is just less then 5 min walk to the Shenzhen North station.

If you are foodie, other then three hotel restaurants and some fast food at the station. Not much choices around.

Location is perfect as it's connected to Shenzhenbei station. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choice! The hotel itself feels luxurious and futuristic - with it's robot cleaners getting on the lift etc! The room was incredibly good and one you would be paying many times over in Europe.

The swimming pool was one of the reasons in booking this hotel so was very disappointing that I was then told it was closed - seasonal reasoning doesn't really make sense as it was 27c out!

We've got upgraded to the Deluxe Suite which includes a bedroom and a living room. It is very spacious and nicely furnished. The view is also nice. The bathtub has an amazing view. The bed and the overall stay was comfortable.

It looked and felt clean. We liked the room all the way until I stepped into the shower area to find a toothbrush and package left by the previous occupant... Location wise it should be a good one for business, but less convenient for leisure travellers as it's slightly far off from tourist attractions.

Everything new and clean. Great location to get around Shenzhen. Efficient staff. Don't believe the myth about unfriendly staffs here. Whether they're proficient in English...I don't know though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here very much and have no hesitation to recommend it to any traveler.

The windows are a bit dirty (from the outside). It somewhat reduces the impact of looking out from 5x floor.

Nothing at all But if must talk about disliking stuff .. maybe need to transfer to 3 lift b4 reaching train station level from room level

The location served us very well. The staff were courteous and helpful especially those at breakfast. They were alert and meticulous. When the sun rays began to come in, the staff would immediately lower the blinds to a level shielding us from the sun without blocking the view.The breakfast was superb too. I used the gym and it served my purpose.

almost all stuff do not speak English, there is one exception conciege who do anyway prefectly. stuff generally very helpful and friendly, but if they even don't know what means "green tea"makes whole experience worse.

We’re stay on highest floor, which is very good view, and we’re most missing their bed, it’s very comfortable! Exclusive lounge and breakfast were more then my expect, food enough and taste good! WILL BACK!!

Enter the swimming pool, if swim must need to use swimming cap, it’s so annoying, don’t think the other country have this rule. And the main entry is difficult to find when we take train, even taxi driver not really clear about that location.

Everything perfect in this new hotel. For travellers to any other city in China; its the best hotel choice since 50 m walking distance to Shenzhen North Railway Station. You can go anywhere in China with high SPEED train and easiky return same day. No need to carry lagguage city by city. Unbelievable good buffet breakfast

Staff great, doing thrir best but all lack of speaking English. Dinner ala carte menu has too narrow selection.
