I love the location. Excellent location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Gym half a block down the street. Grocery store within walking distance. Taxi cabs and shuttle from airport.

I think this hotel can become a five-star hotel if it adds certain amenities. The amenities that they need to add are microwave, and small refrigeration, shower does not always get hot. The carpet in the hallways need to be replaced.

I actually really liked this property the rooms were big the bed sheet were incredible the air conditioning was ice cold. The location was great I walked around day and night and never once felt uncomfortable. The truth is I’ve been all over Colombia in the city’s in the small older really local parts pf neighborhoods and I never felt unsafe once. Colombia is filled with family oriented people who work hard and love there country.

I usually don’t complain about anything but this being a big hotel that’s super nice and pretty expensive compared to other hotels in Colombia. I wouldn’t expect the staff to be slamming doors on Saturdays and Sunday morning not once not twice but a dozen or more times. I was going to extend my stay for a few weeks and said to myself if there slamming doors on the weekends knowing people are sleeping late I could only imagine what a Monday morning would sound like. The girl at the front desk doesn’t have to be so cold I don’t expect her to be friendly that doesn’t matter to me but at least smile for people. It is a hospitality business

Location, Value for Money, Premises. Great neighborhood, safe and pretty with everything you may need as well as the best restaurants in town. Hotel is chic, clean and smells amazing. Great staff.

This was my second stay and this time I got a smaller room. Hotel is on a popular avenue, so expect traffic noise pretty early in the morning.

I liked the location and the cleanliness. Breakfast was good, though choice was limited. Recently built property with good soundproofing and effective A/C Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with an Italian shower. Reception lent me a mobile phone for mobile data tethering as there was no Internet connection in our room. Ice dispenser on even floors. Nice, professional, and friendly staff. Well-located plugs to charge our devices, though there could have been more of them.

Internet was not working in our room. No minibar/fridge. Bad lighting, especially over the desk and over the sink, so that it was difficult to shave. Ice dispensers quickly empty. View over a middle-class building with clothes drying outside was awful. No rooftop bar or pool.

Decent business type of hotel with big clean rooms and nice desk for doing some work comfortable bed and basically a clean place well managed hotel

unfortunately for the hotel there is construction work going on at the side of the hotel but not disturbing during sleeping hours

Amazing place to stay. Location, breakfast, personnel at front desk, and bellboy, sorrounding by good restaurants, especially the ones across the street. Easy access to get around by taxi. Everyone gave lot of hospitality. As soon you enter hotel smells sweet and clean, deco was a great pluz.

The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and feels safe at night. In particular, it's a central location, so taking a taxi or a bus is pretty easy.

The breakfast can be improved: we were asked what to order without knowing what they had to offer.

The location is perfect, lots of restaurants, bars, gyms, and there a mall near by… it is close to everything. The rooms are nice and the staff were great! This is my go to hotel when I am in Barranquilla.

did not have a refrigerator in the room and a very strong odor (some kind of spray) in the hallways. probably to make it smell fresh. but I don’t do well with unnatural odors.
