The hotel is clean, organized, and well located. The breakfast is generous and diverse. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, and has a working safe. The bed linens were very clean.

-We had an issue when checking in. We arrived way past the check-in time (4.30pm local) and our room wasn't ready. Staff explained that the previous guests had stayed longer than expected and that was the reason why there was delay in gettin the room ready. This is unacceptable. -We had instructed the maids that we didn't need our room to be cleaned. They disregarded pur request and came in anyways. They took the used towels and didnt replace them with clean ones. When we contacted the front desk to bring us new towels, they simply didn't come and we had to go to the lobby and request them personally.

Very smart hotel with an excellent buffet choice for breakfast. The staff were professional and helpful in allowing us to drop off our luggage ahead of check in. The room was spotlessly clean and quite luxurious. It represented good value for money.

In common with most accommodation in Bogota, hot water usually means warm and it was the same here. Such an impressive hotel should be able to deliver hot showers. Personally it would deter me in the future.

The breakfasts, the spacious suite, the attentiveness of the staff and the numerous parks nearby for our daughter to play in.

Limited kitchenette facilities for self catering. We also stayed at the apartamentos plaza suites, which we found to be better located with respect to places to eat.

The nice staff of the hotel who made their best so as to ensure a nice stay. Very kind to our kids aswell, which is highly appreciated. I thank them for making our stay very quiet, comfy and cool. Beds and matresses are very good as well.

Only the easy listening music...Better Bossa nova, 60's jazz, Cubano son, Vallanato, or anything real but this a great hotel

Excellent location. Fantastic staff. Spa was a nice surprise. Comfortable bedding and quiet the entire time. The Wi-Fi was good enough to work remotely and conduct video conference calls. This is my second time staying at Faranda and look forward to my next visit.

Perfect location with spacious rooms and balcony. View on the city and mountains. Friendly staff and great amenities. Excellent breakfast. Safe underground parking on the premise was a bonus too for us.

Gluten free option at the breakfast could be added. Music form the gym on the roof could be an issue for some guests.

This place is an absolute gem in the beautiful neighborhood of Santa Barbara. I'm so glad to have found this hidden treasure of a hotel and look forward to my next visit
