There staff is wonderful! From the front desk, restaurant staff, to the cleaning personnel. Very comfortable rooms. I was in Bogota for work and the location was close to my office and in walking distance to Parque 93. I was originally at the Hilton doubletree and moved here because the Hilton was so noisy. The Movich is far better! I’ve asked out company to book me here for future business trips. Great breakfast (included in my room choice )selection too.

Comfortable rooms overall. Location was quiet which was nice. Shower was great. Reception staff very helpful. Good breakfast with fresh juices changing every day.

Wish the bathroom had a little bit more countertop to put things. The room only came with one coffee pod and one paper cup - what if i actually wasn't traveling alone? Also one night when I ate at the hotel restaurant, the service was extremely slow even though I was just one of 3 customers, to the point where customers like ourselves had to open the kitchen door to find someone to order anything. Also this neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but it was also very dead on the weekends. Almost everything was closed and there were very few people walking around. Safe but you definitely need to go somewhere else to find more food choices.

If you would like to have a great breakfast you should be one of the first ones. There is room for improvement for those that arrive later and notably on the weekends. Maybe this was one time that they were understaffed, but we went outside to have breakfast on Sunday. There was no cup for the coffee/ tea in the room.

The room and ensuite bathroom was sufficiently large. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was mainly a la carte, but had quite some options. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful in arranging taxis, except for one staff member. Located in a safe area of the city.

One receptionist ordered a taxi putting a unnecessary 5000 COP fee in the ride application, which we only found out afterwards during the taxi ride. Also dissapointing was that the hotel did not offer laundry service, even though they brought me a laundry bag and form. The hotel is changing owner at beginning of 2023, therefore for example some breakfast options were no longer available.

The hospitality from the staff, I arrived previous to my check in time and the front desk offered a rate to check in immediately. The location is stellar in Bogota, walking distance of everything I needed. The hotel has a space to sit and wait for a taxi, to sit and watch the World Cup games which I did! The room was clean and comfortable, it had a mini bar, amenities, a desk, a chair to read, a tv, inside the closet there was an iron table and an iron, there was a blow drier under the sink. everything I needed for a weekend in the capital.

The rooms have these cool curtains that are full black out but they are heavy to move, I would have preferred to have one of those mini robots that open and close the curtains for you with a button.

Loved the location, it was very convenient to commute to the office and restaurants nearby. The property has this cute section where you can buy jewelry, shot glasses along with hats etc.

Nice hotel, not too big in a quiet location. There's a very pleasent lounge with a gas fire. The shower was one of the best I've experienced, spacious and easy to use. Great TV screen with ample channels. Good breakfast.

The lights in our room didn't all work all the time. Some wall sockets didn't work either which was strange.

The attention, the facilities, the beds were very comfortable, the room was very nice

The breakfast service could be more varied, and the air conditioner could have some maintenance as it didn't work 10/10

Multiple stays here staff is always great. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Black out shades so you can sleep in the daytime.
