The shuttle service is just magnificent, great scheduling and the check in procedure went quickly too. The room was nice, spacious, clean and exactly what we booked. The breakfast was great also. The only thing that spoiled this stay at Habitel Prime was that we didn’t have a working airconditioning in the room, since they were under maintenance. They could have mentioned this or try to accommodate us somewhere else.

The hotel lobby and first floor is under construction which resulted in us not having airconditioning in our room. The didn’t offer a room with airconditioning, I would have accepted a regular double room instead of the junior suite. They offered a small fan, which was fine but meant that only on of us would feel a breeze now and then

Hotel Habitel Prime has a lot of things going for it. The free shuttle to and from the airport is wonderful. I comes every 30 minutes for 24 hours a day. It is always on time. It's the best shuttle service I have ever encountered.The rooms were great. The price was very reasonable. The included breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff in the lobby was slow to check people in. They talked too much among themselves. They asked each other how to check people in as if they were just hired. The restaurant food was pretty good but the quality of the meal changed depending on who was cooking. The exact same meal could be a different quality each day. I can say this because we were there for four nights. The people guarding the hotel would grill us whenever we left the hotel. They would ask us where we are going and why. Maybe they should ask us these questions when entering the hotel but not when leaving.

Good value, great location and the restaurant/bar were surprising.

The check-in process is ridiculous. It takes on average 30 minutes per room, and the system/process is redundant and obsolete. We were a group with 6 rooms. We stayed here on the arrival and departure of our trip, and each time, it took an hour and a half for our party to be checked in. We all work in tourism and there were 2 hotel owners in the group. The process must be streamlined and made simpler. To be a great hotel this is an easy change and it's important. First impressions make a huge difference.

The breakfast was great. The hotel was very nice and comfortable and close to the airport. No problems with the shuttle.

We arrived one hour before check in and they said they couldn't check us in before 3 until all the rooms were clean. It seems like they could be a little more flexible and allow us to check in. I'm sure there were rooms were available, but I guess it's just a case of poor customer service and not trying to help the customer. Because of that we won't stay there again. Also there isn't really any place nearby for a cup of coffee unless you go to the bar and buy some. A nice coffee shop would be nice while staying there. Really the hotel and food was very good, but I prefer to stay at a place where they think the customer is important.

Great hotel very close to the airport for early flights. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, very pleasant common areas, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and restaurant, nice bar and the staff was very accommodating , friendly and helpful with many of them fluent in English. Would stay again.

Had a noise issue on our last night staying there. The kitchen staff directly under our room was playing music late at night/early morning while prepping for breakfast. Had to walk down to the front desk and complain. We would stay here again but I wouldn't take a room directly above the kitchen.

Great location. Close to El Dorado airport. Very modern. I appreciated that the restaurant was open late and my sandwich and fries were very good

Floors, including the shower floor are not flat, Raised a few inches in places. Hazardus if you arent careful. I almost fell twice tripping on raised floors. The shower floor was scarey; stepping the wrong way would result in serious injury. Breakfast was free but not great. Eggs and pancakes weren't edible. I had breakfast at airport after trying to eat breakfast at hotel

The location is ideal for easy access to the airport. Many staff can speak english. Great breakfast buffet, plenty choice. Spacious room, excellent water pressure, perfect for a one night stay. The free shuttle to the airport is very good although it fills up serving two hotels and then another 30 minutes wait.

Not enough staff at breakfast or dinner and very slow in service. No one upselling so you have to continually ask. Windows in rooms are not sound proof so the hotel is extremely noisy throughout the night. If you need the shuttle leave plenty of time as service is every 30 minutes serving two hotels.

The Hotel is next to the airport which is very handy. The facilities are a bit old but they are fine, the staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our enquiries. The room was spacious, clean and big. They have a bus shuttle to the airport every 30min and if you leave before breakfast they give us some snaks to have on the way to the airport.

They didn't mention in booking the extra taxes when paying in the hotel, so we ended up paying more than we thought. The mattress is very soft, so you sink in it. The room is not soundproof so you can hear everything from next rooms and outside.

An amazingly excellent breakfast buffet with many, many choices. The shower in the room was very original and excellent. The shuttle service to the airport which isn't often found in Columbia.

Because of the hotel proximity to the airport and the amenities it offers, plus it's many, many rooms, it was very crowded; and when the shuttle arrived the check-in lines were very long and just cleared as the next shuttle arrived. We just sat and waited for the five-minute break between shuttles.

As first time travelers to Colombia, this hotel was perfect for us - close to the airport. We did some tours which required a long taxi drive in heavy traffic to get to La Candeleria. Next visit we may stay one night at this hotel, them move to one closer to the more touristy destinations. Staff was very helpful to us non-Spanish speaking folks.

The main restaurant was closed so we were fed in the breakfast pavilion (also the steakhouse). The food was exceptional our first night there. Afterwards quality and service declined due to kitchen complications. And, the menu was switched during our visit from the Manuka menu to the steakhouse menu. Basically the same food, but prices on the steakhouse menu were MUCH higher. If Manuka is closed, you might want to look for other dinner options.
