I stayed at this hotel for the first two days of my visit to Medellín. It’s in a prime location—close to the city center yet tucked away in a quiet, cozy neighborhood, which I really appreciated. Overall, the hotel has a lot to offer, but there’s a construction site nearby, so expect some early morning noise that might disrupt your sleep. One of the hotel’s standout features is its push for innovation. Each room is equipped with a tablet-like screen that allows you to control the lights and other settings. While the concept is promising, the execution could use some improvement. The interface was not intuitive, and I ran into several issues. For instance, the previous guest had set an alarm, and it took me a frustrating amount of time to figure out how to turn it off the next morning. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t reset alarms between guests, which made for a rude awakening. This type of feature has great potential, but it needs to be refined or it ends up being more of a hassle than a convenience. Aside from that, the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained. However, the breakfast could definitely be improved. I found it underwhelming and opted to head into the city to find something better. Still, despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel is a pleasant and cozy place to stay.

Great reception staff—helped with excellent restaurant recommendations/ reservations and mapping out some of our trips to local attractions. The place has a cool and hip vibe, and it is in a great neighborhood, full of great little restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful—loved the fresh fruit, homemade granola and chef options. Room is a bit small but clean and nicely done.

Didn’t have any issues with the tech (as per prior reviews) everything in the room operated very well with cel phone they provide for the room. Construction is still ongoing but we luck out since we stayed on days it was halted so had no issues with this either.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel and great food. We loved our stay in all the ways. The staff were very welcoming, warm and helpful. Everything about the hotel makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Walking distance from nice restaurants and sights including Provenza :)

We had a small problem with room service but they quickly found a way to make it up to us. We loved everything about the hotel, definitely would recommend to everyone visiting Medellin and would stay myself at 23 Hotel if/when coming back k myself.

would be good to have breakfast menu translated to English night manager was quite unhelpful and difficult on multiple occasions. other staff were great. basic room was extremely small!

Location, Infrastructure. The staff is exceptional, very good service.

Is noisy at night, so is hard to rest sometimes. I'm a software developer, and I love technology, I liked that the lights and curtains can be controlled from a phone, but in terms of user experience, its use is not very intuitive, it is difficult to understand how it works.

This hotel was the most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our entire trip to Colombia! We loved the design and decor of the hotel as it highlighted city meets nature perfectly. Our room was very comfortable and high tech. We also really enjoyed the views from the rooftop as well as the pool.

The only thing that I wasn't much of a fan of was that there were tiny ants on the floor. There weren't a lot but they were very small and crawling around. It was probably from the plants on the balcony.

Stunning and beautifully designed tropical rainforest feel ultra-modern hotel with fantastic, friendly staff. Situated in a quiet part of Poblado yet still in walking distance of the craziness of Medellin so you get the best of both worlds. The traditional Colombian breakfast was delicious and I love how everything in the room can be controlled by an iphone. Amazing views from the 7th floor where I was located and lots of incredible high end bars and restaurant close by including Wan which I highly recommend. Wish I took names of the staff as they super nice and professional! I absolutely enjoyed my stay at 23 Hotel!

Would've been great to have slippers and robe but apart from that no complaints whatsoever - I will definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was delicious! The smoked salmon bagel and omelettes were great! We also had delicious coffee and the green smoothies. The beds were incredibly comfy and the room service was prompt with great service from the staff.

The cellphone to change the lights did not work at times and we struggled to work the TV and switching lights - definitely the phone in our room.

Unusual Hotel with Great Service, Location and Staff! We were 8 friends from London staying in the 23 Hotel and we had an amazing experience. this is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location close to the night life but away enough for a very quiet evening. The breakfasts were great and the use of the jacuzzi /pool in the bar in the roof top was a bonus after a day of sightseeing. We love the big plants surrender the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, specially Alejandro and Alex in the front desk. They really were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Medellin.

If you’re looking for an amazing hotel in Medellin, look no further. Just book this one! My boyfriend and I - traveling from the US- stayed here for three nights, and couldn’t have loved it more. Absolutely stunning, modern, and classy hotel. Beautiful architecture, lush plants, friendly and helpful staff (shoutout to Lesly, Christian, and John for all being awesome). We absolutely loved the peaceful and relaxing rooftop bar, with a small pool, excellent drinks, and amazing views. Our Queen Superior room was also very well appointed and gorgeous. I read many reviews of the rooms being small, but we found ours to be generously sized for two people. Highly recommend booking a superior room! Ours (room 701) had a gorgeous large round window with a surreal city skyline view. Sitting in the window relaxing was one of our favorite parts of the trip! The free breakfast was also very good, with many fresh fruit options and a plentiful menu. Best of all, this hotel was SO quiet and calming, even though you are right in the heart of El Poblado. Amazing location; walking distance to Provenza and close to many great bars, clubs, and restaurants.
