Breakfast was ok, the room was nice. The cleaning ladies were very nice. The majority of staff in reception were nice, except one lady.

I was charged more for the room and wasn't told why. I only wanted to know if there was a commission because of the dollar currency, or why was that, but the lady in reception when we checked in Saturday afternoon told me "oh no, you are getting charged the amount that is on booking" even though they gave me the physical receipt of a larger amount. When I saw the real change in my bank app, I reached out and I got different explanations that didn't make sense, like "oh that was for the additional person in the room" and I explained that she paid her part with her own credit card the same day we checked in. In the end, nobody could tell me why I got charged more for the room.

The breakfast area on the top floor is simply spectacular. They have a pretty good selection of food as well. It is also in a very nice area, close to El Poblado, a very lively and hip area of the city with tons of great nightlife. It is also in a very safe part of the city.

The air conditioning is hard to control. It is just either very cool or hot.

I was truly impressed with the spaciousness and overall comfort of the room. The view was amazing. The breakfast served in the roof top was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently surrounded by numerous shopping centers and restaurants. The attentive service provided by the front desk staff, particularly Sebastian, exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel without any reservations.

This location was so centric to the clubs and restaurtants! This is a great place to stay with your family since it is pretty comfortable and has plenty of room for all to enjoy! The room is super comfortable and it had a lot of room.

I wish it would have a second bathrooms since sometimes it is hard to get ready with only one bathroom for 4 people. Everything else I enjoyed and had not problem with it. Last, but not least this was a great experience.

The reception is always friendly professional . Feels very safe to stay here. The breakfast hotel personnel are super hospitable and very friendly as well. Cleaning personnel are also over the top professional and make sure our rooms are tidy clean every day.

Breakfast was not that good and koffie was horrible. From the 7 days including breakfast we only ate 2 and devided not to have breakfast any longer at the hotel

location to restaurants, stores for quick needed items walking distance to the large shopping mall. off street loading and unloading from the Uber

no extra sheets/pillow or towels. 3 of us one, is a 5 year old only two towels one hand towel and no wash cloth. one plate one knife one spoon no cup. I never tried calling a requesting more items. just found it a little annoying on such simple items that should be stocked.

breakfast variety was okay but not outstanding, but therefore the location on the rooftop was very nice, fresh air with good service.

it is really close to the main 2 malls of Poblado and there are restaurants in the same building of the hotel

customer service needs to improve more. they made us wait about 30mins to check in, seeing us with little kids and they even accepted 2 check outs that came after us. they charge for bottle of water and only the first day is free but they don’t tell you

Big spacious rooms, very clean, very modern, comfortable beds & pillows. Breakfast on 21st floor has excellent panoramic views. Breakfast tables are spread at safe distances. Most staff speak English, which is really good. The hotel is inside / part of la strada mall (if you can call it a mall). There are a few restaurants within the premises itself - burger King, papa John etc. Oviedo mall is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of shopping & food options, many money changers too. Walk a little further and you have santa fe mall. More shopping and food options. A very good location indeed.

I booked a room with a view. What i got was a room on 5th floor, the very first floor with rooms. All i could see was the roof of mall below. Not much of a view. Maybe a higher floor would have been better. The rooms are suites actually and come with a kitchenette, fridge and oven. However no crockery or cutlery is provided. Appliances weren't plugged in either.
