The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the location was only a few blocks from a narrow pedestrian street that leads to the male in.

The staff was amazing and the place super clean. The relation quality/price is definitely worth. I would book it again.
Cold water in the shower but it was not an huge problem, considering outside temperature.

Value. Good basic hotel for budget stay. Clean and comfortable. Handy drinks and snacks available to buy. Complimentary coffee. Good wifi.
Walls are very thin. I heard other people snoring. But could have been much worse I guess.

Front desk guy was super friendly. Gave us good tips to visit Cabo de la Vela and some other places in Riohacha. Helped us with everything. Hotel is a nice option for the value !

We chose the hotel for the non expensive rate. We were served a vegan breakfast (arepas with tomatos and onions, plus fruit).
It was not the hotel's fault but the music playing most part of the night (they said it's loud during the weekends before the carnival) didn't let us sleep, although we used earplugs. The pillows were so thin it felt there wasn't any. The toilet didn't flush well. I saw hair in the corridor. We asked for a coffee and chocolate and were served two chocolates. Not such a big deal though.

Very noisy due to the receptionist making noise all the night. Not good if tou want to sleep.

My check-in was easy and the staff was very kind.
They gave me a room in a second floor and there is no elevator and I had to carry my bag all the way up (that wasn´t mentioned in the description). The facilities where less pretty taht the pictures and they told me the neighborhood was not very secure for me to walk alone outside.
