We stayed at this hotel and were pleased with several aspects. The food was delicious, and the beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient. A highlight for us was the fact that on some days, the kids were entertained by an animator, which was a great bonus for our family. However, it’s important to note that if you want a comfortable stay, don’t book the cheapest rooms. We initially reserved a standard room, but it was in poor condition, so we upgraded to a renovated room, which was much more modern and comfortable. The kids were happy to have their own separate room. One downside was that room cleaning is only done upon request at the reception, which isn’t always convenient. There are safes, but in the renovated rooms, there was no instruction on how to use them, and when we asked at reception, we had to wait for a specialist, which we didn’t have time for. Overall, it’s a good choice for a seaside vacation, but we recommend booking the upgraded rooms for a more comfortable stay.

There was an unpleasant situation regarding the payment for the upgraded room. I was initially offered the upgraded room at one price, but upon checkout, the additional charge was 50 euros more than expected. Because of this, I can't give the highest rating as I would have liked, as this left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant stay.

- houses were freshly renovated, but you could still feel they are not the newest. - smoking at dinig area and playground. If someone wants their kids to second hand smoke, is their choice. But at family resort there should be kids and dining zones free of smoking.

Staff is excellent and they made our stay so comfortable. Food was great, they made glutenfree desserts for me and always had gf bread. Drinks from the machine were included in total price, both juices and coffee, for breakfast and dinner. There was also great content for younger kids, including food for babies, high chairs, toilet supplies for babies, bed barriers etc.

Apartment could be cleaner and you have to bring used towels and bed sheets to laundry room to get new ones, no one comes to pick up the trash and clean floors, no matter how long you stay (10 days in our case). They could do that if you ask for it.

Location, food and hosts are perfect. Whole complex is full of trees so you have really nice shade and coolness. Apartment had a huge terrace with 6 chairs and a table, and morning coffees with sea view were real satisfaction.

- You have to go to ask and get new towels by yourself - Cleaning rooms are charged extra (we don't need cleaning every day, but on a third day it would be nice to get your room cleaned and to get new set of towels) - There is no sink in the kitchen, you have to clean the dishes in the bathroom - Bathrooms are really small and there was no any shampoos or soaps in there - It would be convenient if hotel offered it's own deck chairs and parasol on the beach

Nice and clean facility with a good indoor and outdoor kids playground. Food is really good. The staff are polite, they allowed early check in as the room was vacant. Parking is free for their guests.

The coffee in the restaurant was not good. They had a coffee machine saying "espresso", "double espresso", but you get instant coffee in a cup.

Location is great, food is excellent, wifi is very good. Can not wait to come again 😀

The parking should be paved, not good for lower cars (macadam), but is is free and there is no complain about free stuff 🙂 I hope it will be paved in near future.

Accommodation Big and nicely designed apartment close to the center of Baška Voda. Everything was spotless and the bungalow was really comfortable, clean and tidy, good internet, spacious balcony + big parking space as well. Moreover friendly and helpful personnel always willing to answer all your question. I have to mention that there is a lot of activities for children (kids zone, playground etc.). Perfect for a couple or families. Food Hearty and tasty breakfast, everything was fresh and served on time. Honestly they care about guests. Location Really good location very close to the beach - more less 3-4 min. on foot to get your goal. Cozy place in the calm neighborhood, without any noises, you can chill and relax for sure. Highly recommended. See you again!

This place is great for a vacation with family (kids). Both outdoor and indoor playground were nice. Food is really great, especially dinner on barbecue night. Rooms are big, mine had 2 bathrooms, which is pretty great.

The only bad thing I could mention is Resort's location. It's a bit higher above the sea level, so you need to climb 3-4 flights of start on the way to the beach and back, and sometimes that's not fun with young kids.

3 Star Hotel but 5 Star service, experience, and Staff. Beautiful place to stay, super close to the beach, large variety of food during breakfast and dinner, very clean, Wifi worked great through out the resort, AC worked great, anything we needed they catered to our needs. Very kid friendly! They have a kid zone indoors and big playground. This all couldn’t be done with out the wonderful staff there. Thank you Petra, Ivana, Matej, Antonela,Gabriela, and Petra. Nothing, it was perfect.

Great stay, great food and services, They have big playground in the building and also big one outside, so children were really happy. Very nice beach right behind the complex, this part of the beach was not overcrowded during our stay. We came to Baska voda early in the morning and since our apartmant was of course not ready yet, host decided to land us the breakfast for free, that was very appreciating. Parallely receptionist asked staff to first get ready our apartment, so although check in time is from 3pm, our apartment was ready at 12. thanks

Apartment is old cottage with new painting, so at the first sight it looks very nice, but quality remains same. It was very windy first two days of our stay and there was breeze in whole apartment even throught closed doors and windows. Whole flat was whistling. Also, we were accommodated at the ground floor and we used to hear noise and every steps from upper accommodated guests. If you handle to ignore upper mentioned, the rest is acceptable. I would also propose to clean internal playground more often due to dust inside we met with.
