The comfort of the room and personnel were fantastic. The breakfast is "par excellence"!

The main road is too close so the noise in the room was... :(

The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was elegant. You can drink fruit flavoured cold water for free at the reception. The snack bar offers pizza, pasta, pommes... etc which was great as we could get into the room only after 15:00 (as all the guests). The breakfast and the dinner was very rich and the employees really quick to get the empty dishes away and full the empty food-containers. Altough there were a lot of prople at the same time at dinner, there was no mess. The pool was also very neat and clean (it has been cleaned regurarly) and the water not too cold. We knew that the hotel is on a hill so it was not a suprise for us that we needed to walk a bit up from the sea. Near to the pavilons there is a shopping centre with Konsum, Müller... too which was pretty useful. Everything is near what is good for a family (Sea with eating possibilities, donkey farm ín Smrika, Aquarium ín Crikvenica, cave ín Biserujka, you can take boot tours and dotto train as well).

Everything was great! The rooms are nice, there are big beds and a lovely balcony. Food was delicious and there was variety of different food to choose for breakfast and dinner. We loved it cuz we could bring our husky with us and she enjoyed her stay very much :)

When you check in you get a paper with your room number and the time when you can go to diner. So diner is from 19:00 till 21:00 but you get specific time, for example 20:15. I didn’t like that cuz sometimes you’re hungry at 19:00, sometimes at 20:20, one day you want to be at the beach a little longer and you can easily miss your specific time. There are also a lot of stairs to and from the beach and it’s very uphill so maybe it’s not the best for family with babies and older people.

This is network of buildings at the hill surrounded by the trees. Each building has approximately 20 apartment units. Reception and restaurant are its own building. I am surprised why this accommodation has such low grade. Apartment is modern and new, bathroom and bed are clean enough. Mine accommodation included breakfast and dinner. Food is in majority same each day but good enough, - don't expect top excellence. Pros: you have mini shopping mall and Lidl in nearby.

One cons is location. It is near the main regional road (you don't hear the vehicles) but path to the beach is steep. I needed about 20 min to reach appartment when going back. Tip: You can go to the beach by car and find some free parking spots to make your life easier. Another cons is Crikvenica center - which - if you go by foot - isn't that close (you do have some "night" life also at the beach main road).

The service provided by Alex and Robert in the reception, also de restor looks that is new. Also, when we report the spider, the cleaning service makes an excellent service.

The room was clean in appearance, but suddenly a big spider appeared and when we moved the beds we could see that below de beds was very dirty, also in the bathroom there was a lot of spiderwebs. I need to say that the beds are heavily and with difficult access to clean below the bed.

I was bit concerned by the references however we took the risk and were 100% smitten. Yes, the truth is the floor in common corridor could be more clean but it couldn't ruin our holidays! Food was 10 out 10, the option from the buffet brekky and dinner 10 out 10, swimming pool 10 out of 10. Room 9 out 10 just because of the size - for 2+2 bit small, but nothing terrible. Thanks!!! We will be coming back.

Breakfast was nice. The beach was amazing and really close to the rooms. The staff was siply amazing. They did everything to satisfy us. Kristina from the reception was extreamly kind helpfull.

Breakfast time was quite early and if we went in the last hour (from 9am) the restuarant was quite crowded and and the supply was much less. I would also prefer a bit more options in bakeries for an exaple croissant.

Location, right next to konzum and lidl, great breakfast and dinner, infinite free draught beer and wine, staff was also really nice

The floor in the room was not vacummed when we arrived. There were bits on the floor. Shower was also not cleaned properly. For a 3 star hotel at least fridge would be nice to have, but besides these, all good. I guess thats what you got for the good price.

We like destination: to centre of Crikvenica is cca 30 minutes of walking (walking by the sea); from hotel Omorika is a tourist mini train station (mini train can take you to the centre of Crikvenica). We like close pebble beach and that you can rent a lot of different sport activities on the beach and massage and that you have some options to get a cold dring. The room was ok for us (two person), we like that our room have balcony. We like food at resturant at resort. For us was a lot to choose. We like that at dinner the drink was included. It is nice that hotel have pool. Parking is free. At room wi-fi worked perfectly. Good working air-conditioned in room and restaurant.

What can be better: 1. cleaning: like others wrote, they did not clean room during the stay (they clean rooms just at arrivals), we did not get fresh towels or toilet paper during the stay (one day I met the maid and I ask her for this thinks - she was realy nice and she give it to me). The floor at all pavilion and room have stubborn stains. 2. Parking space: in the main seasson it is hard to get parking at pavilion. So some days we parked at pavilion and some days at hotel (it is realy nice that all parking is free).
