Stuff was kind, location is good, breakfast was great..

We booked sea view room, but when we arrived we got room without sea view and even without balcony. Explanation was it's booking mistake, where is assigned sea view for every room but they say they have only one like that. After complain, we got room with balcony but still not what we paid, no sea view.

Nasa posjeta je bila pocetom V/24. Apartman ima idealnu lokaciju i okruzenje, sve je jako blizu centra i na dohvat ruke. Obzirom da smo imali malo dijete od 2,5 godine, bilo nam je bitno da imamo osiguran parking, sto nam je bilo i obezbijedjeno od strane domacina. Jedina zamjerka je sto je na bookingu pisalo da aprtman ima i balkon, medjutim to nije bio slucaj, ali sve je bilo kompenzirano imajuci u vidu sjajnu lokaciju, urednost, mirno okruzenje i veoma susretljivog domacina. U prizemlju objekta se nalazi odlican caffe bar, koji je ujedno i restoran sa odlicnom ekipom, konobari znaju posao. Sve u svemu opet bi ponovili istu rezervaciju.

In a really good location in Markaska. For the price I paid and for the room and view I got I was happy. I stayed in the Empire room on the top which I believe is their top room. Could be modernised for sure, but I was still happy with it. The room was large and had a decent sized bathroom, big bedroom and open plan seating and kitchen area (although not used in my short 1 night stay) The restaurant bar downstairs which must be connected to the hotel as that’s where I checked in & out was really good. The burger was delicious and the staff really helpful. Ivan and Marko were helpful when I had to leave luggage which was appreciated!

Bed could have been better. Only a light sheet provided which is probably fine for peak summer, but maybe a little thin for this time. Overall facilities decent. But could definitely be refreshed.

The location and view were amazing and probably one of the best in Makarska

The facilities in the apartment were very poor. Attention to little things would make a huge difference. You have to make your own bed, no tea towels to wipe dishes but you are told if dishes are not washed it’s a 10 euro fine. Air con in the living room was broken and falling off the wall, held in by a chair. Television in the bedroom did not work. Even some tea bags or coffee as a token welcome would be great.

This apartment was a great surprise, two minutes to the main restaurant area, two minutes to a nice little beach (others also not too far away) and the marina was great to watch at all times. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and with a very efficient (& clean) elevator it wasn’t a drag to get up to the third floor. Makarska was a brilliant 3 day stay for us. Highly recommend the destination and the apartment !

The only downside was the shower (quite a high step into a shower above bath).

Cute little room with a balcony showing the beautiful surrounding mountains. Right next to the bay which is stunning, and only a 15 ish minute walk from the beaches and coach station. Best of all: one of the COMFIEST beds I’ve ever slept in, I was in awe. Air con kept the room cool while we were out.

Balcony is absolutely tiny but can’t be helped. Towels were damp from being washed when we arrived - a one-off mistake I’m sure.

The place was fine for what we paid. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bedding was below expectation. One of the comforters was yellow and the other had no cover. The bed was a futon mattress that wasn’t fully made (folded sheets at the base of the bed). We only had single sized sheets and comforter for a queen sized mattress. With a few bedding adjustments, this place would be excellent.

Really can’t beat the location and view from this apartment! We had the Opus room which was a great size with the most wonderful balcony overlooking the town and harbour. The room was clean modern and comfortable with a great bed. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again

the location is perfect, just in the center of everything you need to see... it has such a great view... and l must say it was so clean, the staff were doing their work just great every day. even if l wasnt with the sea view room, l saw them too,and bouth are good condition, spacious and clean. The restaurants and bars are just around the corner, the sea is infront so l would come back for sure

Concierge “Danielle/Daniella” is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel is very central and everything from nightlife, bars, cafes, food, etc is within walking distance. Personally, the best part of this hotel’s location is the beach/water literally within steps from the hotel. This is special because unlike the more distant area of Makarska this beach is considerably less crowded. Also you will have the convenience of a beach cafe that is an extension of the sand. A light hike just beyond the beach will place you on various areas of elevated terrain/rocks which you can post-up and suspend to water access points. I highly recommend with hotel and this area.
