Excellent and exceptional experience! My husband and I enjoyed every minute spent at the hotel. The offer is of a wide range, there is an activity or relaxation for each individual. The New Year's celebration was perfectly organized. We didn't worry about anything, it's just the place where you come for a well-deserved vacation. The staff is wonderful!! Everyone is very friendly and kind. We are looking forward to coming again, because you really won us over with your, first of all, friendliness, and secondly, your offer. We especially want to emphasize the high level of cleanliness, and the excellent offer of various dishes for breakfast and dinner. Once again, many thanks for a pleasant 4 days of vacation. The hotel is very spacious, looking at the beautiful vast sea, nearby the centre of Veli Lošinj. Breakfast was amazing, dinner had many options so that was good. The pool is a bit cold and the pool area is a bit basic. The saunas are great, that space is lovely! Our room was very big and the cleaning crew was just excellent! Almost all the staff was super kind, friendly and helpful.

We already suggested to the management to turn up the music slightly. On our last day, we had dinner in a smaller dining hall, and the atmosphere felt a bit eerie because the music was so quiet. The same issue was noticeable in the beautiful café overlooking the sea—while the view is stunning, the sound level was either uncomfortably low or made it hard not to overhear conversations from other tables. A small suggestion: it would be great to keep the soups warmer during dinner. Also, heating the pool and jacuzzi a bit more would make the experience even better!

The breakfast was very very good and openhanded. Tha place is very nice because so close to to center of Losinj and to the sea.

The hotel rooms and hotel inside is a bit stange. The wall colors are more like congress hotel then holiday or sport hotel. I understand there is tennis courts and out of season, training stays are the most important, but its useful to think about interior hotel look in the near future. The room double bed is very comfortable, but the convertible sofa or like sofa bed is very very uncomfortable. It would be very nice to think about the change very soon.

We were very happy with the room which was large with the spacious bathroom and a lot of wardrobe and cabinet space to place our things. Beds were so comfortable that we noticed we were sleeping better than at home. Sea view was a bonus! I must compliment the food. We were at the hotel over the Easter holidays and food was excellent, prepared with good quality ingredients and suited to the occasion (roast pig and lamb).

The indoor swimming pool seemed to be too small for all the guests who were interested, possibly due to bad weather outside and spring time (not summer when most guests would be on the beach).

The hotel is located right at the waterfront on the outskirts of Vesi Losinc. There is free parking for guests (register your license plate at check-in) at the back of the building; some is covered. There is also a underground parking (for a fee). The reception is friendly, helpful and efficient; there is a separate desk for excursions, so there are rarely queues. The rooms can be reached by elevators and have a comfortable size; they sport a spacious wardrobe, a desk, a couch integrated in the furniture, a safe, and a fridge. The bathroom also has a good size (in principle fits two, although only one sink) and a comfortable shower. Beds are in principle also comfortable, although mine were already a bit worn out; two pillow types are offered (look in the wardrobe for the second one). The curtains cover the whole window front and are fully opaque, so they keep the room dark in the morning. The WiFi works well; the hairdryer has an American style socket (convenient for overseas visitors). Watch-it: The air-conditioning switches off when the balcony door is opened (-> energy saving). The breakfast buffet offers a good choice (although average quality), and some ‘goodies’ like crepes; if you want, eggs are made to your liking. You can sit outside and enjoy the great view from the terrace (but watch for the seagulls – don’t leave any food on the table when you walk away…). Late check-out is possible on request (depending on the next booking for the room); you can also sit in the lounge until you are ready to leave.

A watch-it regarding the room types: “Seaside” does not mean sea view – the complex has two parallel blocks, with only one of them being on the first front facing the sea; “seaside” means you are actually looking at the block that faces the sea – only a “sea view” room gives you a (potentially still restricted) view onto the sea. In principle the hotel is at a quiet location, but watch-it: On some nights there is an evening programme (live performance); if it takes place on the terrace (= when the weather is good), that can be heard everywhere and runs until 11 pm… Dinner is only available as a buffet, and not recommended – you can eat much better for € 22 plus drinks (better head for the near restaurants in Vesi or Mali Losinc – it’s only a 10 minutes walk)...

The service and the amenities were clean, comfortable and located perfectly. The pool with the sea water, the quality of the water is absolutely the best we have been at all. Love it as well as the spa area thogh we had not enjoyed it much due to the shortnes of our stay.

On the other hand for a vitality hotel settled on that kind of Mediterranean island with lushous greenery, every kind of edible and medicine herbs as well as huge number of sheep growers one would expect at least some kind of locally produced cheeses, olive oil, honey or jams. But in the hotel food was as it could be found enywhere else, a very sad thing! Also the road from Mali to Veli Lošinj at night is so very dangerous, very narrow and unlit without a single white line of horizontal signalization.

Hotel is nicely decorated, clean and staff are friendly and professional. We loved our room with sea view which was spacious and with plenty of storage room. Beach and 3 pools are right below the hotel, reachable by a lift. Hotel offers beach towels and there's a possibility to order replacemsnts at a small fee. Breakfast offer is amazing, fresh and there is something for everyone. It was never too crowded. Spa, gym and indoor pools are free of charge for hotel guests. There are offers for massages, manicure, pedicure and other treatments but we didn't try it. Free parking on 3 levels is offered outside and there were always enough spaces for everyone. In addition there is a parking garage which can be used with a fee. We had a small technical issue with the drain in our room but it was fixed the same afternoon. All in all we loved our stay

Great, clean hotel. With amazing dinners and delicious breakfast (many different things to choose to eat). Room was very spacious, clean, beds were very comfortable and the interior is nice. Spa is modern and has many quality saunas, infinity pool looks beautiful.

The only thing that bothered us was very cold water in the outdoor pool and also quite cold water in inside pool, also not a very hot jacuzzi. Everything else was perfect!

I truly appreciated the diverse and delightful food options available for breakfast and dinner. Every meal brought a fresh and exciting culinary experience. The room was spacious and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the charming balcony. The hotel offers a wide array of amenities, but the sauna stood out as my personal favorite. Its proximity to the sea and the picturesque seaside promenade made the location even more enchanting. In summary, my stay was nothing short of delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it.

I dont have any special negative remark, minor one is related to slippers offered in hotel rooms, they were a little bit too thin, more like paperlike slippers. And very much not suitable for wet surfaces, so better bring own pair of slippers.
