Great location, fabulous room, lovely setting and sea views. Walking distance to two beach areas and a little strip of shops, cafe, ice cream parlours and restaurants. So much to do. Hotel has great activities from yoga, kayaking, art and wine event, fitness classes, sunset cruise tours, day trips etc. It was great! Food was varied and good quality catering for everyone. Staff were brilliant - so attentive, professional and friendly. They couldn’t do enough. It was lovely to see a lot of the staff were still here from our last visit last year. Really enjoyed are holiday. Big thank you to Mirko, the hotel manager, and his amazing team for making our holiday so perfect.

Hotel is just fantastic 🤩 located in forest, near the beach with amazing sea view 🤩A lot of shadow during the day and very peaceful during the night, so we slept very well. Hotel was renovated, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cleaning service on daily basis. Staff is sooo kind and helpful, warm welcoming with early check in , so we enjoyed the pool since we arrived. Kitchen is just 🔝🔝 food delicious, fresh cooked and served in very short time . Prices acceptable as well 👌Hotel deserves 4**** We can't wait to go back again 🥰

We loved the time we spent at the hotel! The location is great and unique: right in the pine tree area with natural shades, with close proximity to the beach. The hotel is sparkling clean, room is comfortable, functional, modern, beds are super comfortable, and it’s quiet, inside and outside. The staff is super friendly, multilingual and very helpful. Dario, manager who organized activities, was fantastic, very attentive and kind, we really enjoyed our art and vine class, and walking tour in Pula. He even took a role of a personal translator to my friend in German as she didn’t understand English. Breakfast is very rich and varied, the food is really good with lots of fruits and veggie variety. Highly recommend this hotel, and hope to get back soon.

Nothing much. The Hawaii beach itself is very small and crowded. The hotel has sun beds which are in the area under the trees but they are always occupied by people early morning , it’s hard to get them. Also people from nearby apartment hotel come to the hotel territory and stay on the ground so it becomes very busy. If hotel can regulate it better, will be awesome.

The hotel was stunning, set on a quiet peninsular south of Pula. There were shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and even a small beach just a stones throw away. The staff were superb all round, receptionists were fantastic at recommending local spots to eat/drink/enjoy Pula. The bar and waiting staff were courteous and attentive throughout our trip. We opted for the bed and breakfast option and were very impressed with the selection every morning. We also ordered a couple of poolside snacks (club sandwich and pizzas) throughout our stay and again each time it was delicious. One evening we ordered a bottle of wine, our only direction to the gentleman was “red and preferably local”, upon his return we had a table-side opening and information about the wine and vineyard it came from. Top quality service from start to finish. The room was modern, quiet and exceptionally clean. Fresh linens and towels daily. We brought our own toiletries with us but to my partners delight there was Elemis products provided. We also had a smart TV which we used to stream music on YouTube whilst getting ready each evening. Overall a superb experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to each of the staff that made our stay so memorable.

WOW! Literally no other word. The whole crew of the hotel, Michael and Tomas from the pool bar, from reception to cleaning, a BIG THANKS TO YOU! The place is beautiful, the location is great, the food is good but it’s really the staff that make this place a remarkable and memorable stay. My husband and I were on our “baby moon” and they made sure I had fantastic virgin cocktails, they’re very attentive to allergies and overall just amazing people. We will definitely return when our little boy arrives! Good luck this season and see you soon 🥰.

The property was clean, reasonably quiet, and had lots of facilities and also activities that were free to join. We took a yoga class which was great and the yoga instructor was very friendly, and joined the city walk which we would also recommend to anyone who wants to visit the town of Pula. The hotel is very close to the beach, around a two minute walk to the sea, which was clear blue and not too busy.

Our room was small and south facing, so it was very hot and stuffy. Air conditioning helped though. Also the evening meal wasn’t brilliant, salad and starters were good but the hot meal and desserts could have been better. Breakfast choices were excellent though.

Nice location in the forest of Verudela peninsula. Hotel offers a good value for money in my opinion. There is plenty of choice for breakfasts and there was a lot of space in the parking lot (although we were there off season).

Room was quite tight, up to a point it was hard to pass each other between the bed and the desk. Application-based key did not work at all, I could not even get it in application. There was only one key-card given and it lost programming twice during our stay, so we had to re-program it at the reception. Luckily reprogramming was fast and hassle-free.

The staff and food were very nice. Everything was clean and fast , sea shore is few meters away from the hotel.

I didn't like how everyone gets their towels and put them on the chairs by the pool. Everyday 80% of the pool was "reserved" with no people around. Maybe to arrange someone for control , and after 30 min of no one being there , to pick up for the rest of us. Or get more chairs. Also the food was so good we paid for the rest of our stay for evening. Would be nice that be knew it's going to be 3x cheaper to do it that way.

Lovely resort, great pool with steps and railing suitable for less mobile vacationers, organised activities like art and yoga classes and excursions, close to several beaches (not so accessible for the less mobile but definitely scenic), excellent breakfast and dinner selections, and friendly staff (shout outs to Katerina and Dario). Recommend superior room with pool view and balcony if you want to feel part of the action (ours also had an ocean glimpse), and the half board. Would definitely stay again.

The steam room didn't seem to operate at top capacity, but the Finnish sauna was fine.

This time it't about the things that may and should be changed.

The staff can chose a random bed on the green area and remove all the personal belongings based on the new 30 min rule. They really don't count the time the people are missing from their bed or hammock and just chose a random one, this I have checked and proved to them. A very embarrassing and humiliating experience when it happens to someone. I really didn't expect this kind of behavior from the staff of this hotel. If someone from the hotel reads this, please, don't do this to other people. Definitely not a Radisson-worthy approach.
