Dom, Tatiana, Anna and Natalia were absolutely lovely and above-and-beyond helpful staff. The hotel is an intimate little boutique hotel (9 rooms) in a lovely old Rovinj building in the heart of the old town (but tucked down an alley quietly back from a small bustling square). It has a terrace/balcony (overlooking the harbour/sea), which you can sit out on, which is a big bonus too in the hot weather. Highly recommend for solo travellers as it’s also the sort of place you end having interesting conversations with fellow travellers.

There was almost nothing to fault. I highly recommend. Quite a creaky bed but that may have just been my single room.

The property has a lot of old character which I loved. Unlike old buildings it has an elevator making it easy to climb to the upper floors. The best part of the property was the staff. From dom who met us at the dock to Tatiana who checked us in and finally Ana who cooked our made to order breakfast we were floored by the kindness of them all. Could not have been taken care of any better

The only thing I did not like was that the description on booking is a little misleading - it says every room has a sea view!! It does but some of the rooms the view is a tiny sliver and nothing more.

A unique hotel with pleasant interior decor. Amazing customer service, Olga was so helpful, looked after our needs and prepared a splendid spread of breakfast every morning. The location of the hotel was superb, just a few meters from the waterfront, at the foothill of the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable and looked out on the beautiful harbour view. The hotel provided a buggy that transported us and our luggage from the carpark to and from the hotel.

The water heating system malfunctioned when we stayed there. Apart from the quick cold showers, our stay was near perfect.

Our recent trip to Rovinj was truly exceptional. From the start, we were impressed by the level of service provided. They arranged for a golf buggy to pick us up and transport our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch, especially when traveling with a family. We were a family of 5 adults, and this apartment had more than enough space to comfortably accommodate all of us. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality of our hosts. They even kindly looked after my sister's bags for two days before she arrived, which was a huge help. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance to everything in the charming old town of Rovinj. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to explore Rovinj. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Convenient to get to. Very lovely. All the amenities Great security. Excellent staff goes the extra mile. Breakfast amazing. When port authorities told me my ferry that I was to take early next morning, I was in a tizzy. I couldn’t contact the ferry by phone. When I told Dom at the hotel, he.called them and in a minute was able to assure me all was as scheduled! Best accommodations that I had my whole 2 weeks vacation. They set the bar high.

We loved everything about our stay, the room with sea views, the quirkiness of the decor, the quality of the breakfast and the sea views from the breakfast table and the exceptional staff, friendly, informative, helpful and picked us up from the bus in the golf cart, so much fun. To Dom, Olga, Tatjana and Ana, thank you so much for making our holiday completely wonderful, we will be back.

We stayed at the separate 3BR villa, so did not interact with the hotel itself much. Since cars are limited in town, they came to meet us with a golf cart to help carry our luggage. The villa was perfectly located in the old town, was clean and well stocked. At checkout again they helped us with our luggage via golf cart.

Beds were a bit thin. Both bathrooms were tiny- the downstairs shower barely had room to turn around! The stairs in the villa were quite steep and would not be appropriate for someone with mobility issues.

The staff were fantastic! So friendly and attentive and helped out with everything from buggy rides to and from the car to tea at whatever time of the day! The hotel is beautiful, quirky and has an amazing view out over the harbour. Everything is a short walk away. The room was clean and has everything you need including fridge and safe.

As it’s an old building expect stairs (a lift is available), old aIr conditioning and plumbing.

Wonderful boutique hotel,7 rooms,maximum of 12 guests in the centre of old town Rovinj.Dom,the manager is an absolute delight,met us at the bus station in his golf buggy to ferry us to the hotel,and also back when we left.Great location in the middle of the old town,which is a pedestrian area,close to great bars and restaurants.Superb breakfast,with eggs made to order,with a great view over the harbour,sitting out on a terrace.Highly recommended,would return in a heartbeat.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices, plus instant preparation of special requests. The staff was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming. The location is excellent and close to restaurants, shopping, walks and hikes, in the middle of the old town and also close to the waterfront.
