It was very nice the Apartment and the service, the pool and the staff.

The location is not so attraktiv. beach is under construction and nearly no small Restaurants apart from the big hotels. The construction at the beach was loud. I guess when they are finished then it will be nice. Since the water is really clean and nice.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished and lots of space.The pool was lovely and spotless.The block itself was very quiet and well maintained.

It wasn't clear from the description of the property that there is a huge amount of construction going on all around and the beach it is beside is virtually inaccessible due to all these works.There is mention of construction but not extent of it. Also, we stayed 7 nights and presumed there would be a change of towels or cleaning at mid point, but there wasn't. Finally we arrived late at night and thought there might be a small welcome pack but there was only a bottle of water.

We are just home from a fantastic week here. The apartment has everything you need, it's very clean and well presented with the added bonus of a sea view, day beds on the balcony make this view even better. If you do more than just look at it a 2 minute walk will have you swimming in that clear blue sea. The pool area also makes for an excellent place to relax with plenty of sun-beds for all. Towels for these are also supplied. The host has really thought of everything. Airport pick ups and boat trips can also be arranged, Iva helped us with this and was always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the week which helped make our holiday stress free

The host was great. Gave us a lot of info beforehand with both need to know and good to know info. Also there was easy access with accesscodes instead of keys. The host answered all our questions even though we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was great. It was qlean and the bedrooms had great beds and both bedrooms had bathrooms. We also loved having a private terrace and the view from the apartment was so beautiful.

A bit far from the city center (an hour walk) and some of the surrounding were under constructions at the moment. But it didn’t bother us and this area will be awesome in the coming months and years.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. We were particularly impressed that it had it’s own utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The location is perfect for easy access to the city of Split - an Uber cost about €6 each way - but away from the hustle and bustle and with stunning views over the Adriatic. The Managers/Owners were really accommodating in allowing early check in and late check outs around our flight times which I imagine might not be as easy later in the season but we were very grateful. Znjan Beach is undergoing a major construction programme but none of that was visible from our apartment and noise was minimal.

Large spacious apartment with an amazing sea view. The apartment is well equipped and the pool area also offers great sea views. Senorita Iva who manages the property was very responsive and helpful. Codes are required to access the front door and the apartment itself and we felt the security was very good. It is possible to walk along the coast from the property to the centre of Split. Alternatively there are buses or a taxi.

A large part of the beach outside of the apartment was being redeveloped so a lot of construction was ongoing although it did not really bother us and the soundproofing within the apartment is good. The plans for the redeveloped beach look good.

The welcome was perfect, and Iva was the most helpful. She was always online to answer any question at all and she was there to guide us when our car was impounded (be very careful where you park, expensive as they may be, parking lots are better off than 10pm Ubers to get your car back)! Besides that, the stay was state of the art. The apartment neat and tidy, with everything you could possibly need, Netflix included! The sea view is astonishing. Beach is 2mn walk away, and most of the Split spots within reach. 5***** definitely deserved for this place, service quality really is top rate. We highly recommend the place. Special thanks to Iva.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need. It looks even better than the pictures! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great too. Lots of storage to unpack clothes. The outdoor pool was lovely and refreshing. Lots of sunbeds available to use. Staff were very friendly and always available to answer any questions.

The pool was often being cleaned in the morning which unfortunately meant we couldn't use it. Just a personal preference as I love a morning swim!

The apartment was incredibly spacious and our room with direct access to the pool was perfect for our young family. The apartment was well stocked and modern, and we were very comfortable there. The location was great - a short 5min/€5 taxi into town or a longer walk. There is a small beach nearby too! The staff were amazing - so helpful in answering any of our questions and providing much appreciate advice on places to eat and things to do. We had a great stay.

Everything was great - the only thing that would make it better would be perhaps some milk/small snacks on arrival at weekend as we struggled to find a supermarket open on a Sunday.

Very modern. Super clean. Staff/contacts were incredibly helpful and proactive before and during the stay. The pool is not large but good for a dip and cool off. Not for lap swimming but very good size. Bedrooms are good sized, excellent storage and well appointed kitchen. Definitely want to book apartment with full sea view.

The whole area is under construction and that will continue at least for one more year. The sound of construction is not terrible. But it means that the beach area. Which is only 100 metres down the stairs, is really not pleasant. It will be beautiful when finished but not nice yet. The apartment does not have restaurants/cafes near other than a couple of local hotels. The cost of Uber to the Old Town is only Euro10-12 but in higher tourist season it may not be easy to get the car pick up. I don’t complain as apartment manager was clear about the construction before booking. But best to check if that is finished before you book.
