Exceptional Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Accommodation: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking. Service: The staff at Hotel truly made my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and concierge services, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Special thanks to the front desk team and owner for their helpful recommendations and quick responses to any inquiries I had. Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. I also dined at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, and the cuisine was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. Facilities: TheHotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a stunning rooftop pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the pool, where I could unwind while enjoying the spectacular views. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the therapists were professional and skilled. Location: The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. I found it convenient to explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Recommendation: I highly recommend The Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

I am in two minds about this hotel. It is stanning inside and outside, very well maintained, the staff is nice and polite, the pool is beautiful. But what is it doing near the dusty road and dirty beach? Yes it is near Trogir old town, but to get there you need to risk your life walking on the dusty edge of the road with cars trying to run you over. Trogir itself was a big disappointment. Split is so much nicer. I think hotel should be adults only. I like children, but with just one not very big pool it is impossible to relax. Try to swim in the small pool with five children from one year to teenagers and two inflatable zebras in - not enjoyable. I think it should be the city centre adults only hotel.

The road near the hotel is dusty, noisy and with no pavements. The beach is not very nice. Too many children for a small pool.

I booked one night initially then, when I showed my wife details of the hotel, she said that I should have booked two so I booked a second night. Once there, we were enjoying our stay so much that we subsequently booked a third night. (3 separate bookings in total.) The staff were absolutely delightful! We were greeted with a welcome drink and kindly provided with a room upgrade. The room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we'd slept in in ages. We loved the fact that they provided a 'proper' espresso coffee machine that brewed 'quality' coffee.....really nice touch! The view from our room - overlooking the pool, the sea and Trogir - was fabulous! The breakfast served was of a very high standard compared to some of the other hotels we later stayed at in Croatia. The spa facilities, including sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, were provided without extra charge - this was a huge bonus and very much appreciated! The hotel has a very homely atmosphere and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly return to this gem of a hotel!

What didn't we like?..........That we didn't stay longer!

Hotel was absolutely amazing as well as facilities. I haven't tried spa due to my short visit but everything else was spot on. Really nice pool with the view and a bar, good choices for breakfast and short walking distance to the old town. Staff was lovely. I was given a free room upgrade upon arrival, which was huge and beautiful. Food options at the restaurant are really good and dinner was delicious. There is also a great choices of croatian wines available at the bar. Bartender Darko has an extensive knowledge of wine and was very helpful. It was a real pleasure staying in this hotel and definitely a place I would like to come back again. 10/10

The location was great within walking distance of Trogir. The breakfast was excellent and we received an upgrade which was appreciated. The hotel was stylish and the public areas had a lovely tropical feel.

Smoking in the restaurant was very off putting especially when having breakfast. Although the rooms were serviced every day it was obviously rushed. I don’t think that was housekeepings fault entirely I felt the chamber maid had a large number of rooms to attend to. The bar staff were very young and seemed a bit inexperienced as they kept forgetting our order or missing things off. They were very polite but probably needed more experience.

It was nice to be welcomed with a welcome drink and an upgrade of the room, setting a nice tone for the stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, not extraordinary, but filling and versatile. There were two pools, one for maybe younger children, which was warm, and another that was quite cold. Many of the facilities seemed a bit so-and-so, perhaps because we were visiting off-season (Late October). There was seldom staff present at the spa so we turned on the spa facilities ourselves, which sometimes was difficult. All the cushions were stored in piles "away". In peak season, I think the facilities and pool bar would be open, and more staff would be present. However, it was also nice that the hotel wasn't as full, as the facilities aren't huge, so there was plenty of space and no queueing. The staff was super flexible and let us use the spa even after check-out, which was nice. There is a luggage room behind the reception, which isn't guarded but nice to have. Trogir Old Town is quite small and the hotel was cozy with a spa, a gym, poolside, and longue, so we happily hung out at the hotel. The bar was fairly priced and good, and the lounge and hotel had a beautiful view, making our last hours in town pleasant! It is also a plus to be so close to Split Airport (a 10-minute drive), but it does not give the feeling of being so close to the airport with the hotel's cozy atmosphere.

As a couple who enjoys good food I would perhaps not recommend the hotel lunch, it was expensive and not impressive. We did not eat dinner there, so that could be very different. I rather recommend eating lunch in the old town.

A beautiful location which is just a very short stroll into Togir along the marina. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Incredibly comfortable. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at along the coast. Really can’t fault it.

Nothing. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. Please ignore the comments regarding the planes (and the walk around the marina into the old city). On average there are 5 planes a day that go overhead during the day (as they will for any accommodation in the area).

This beach house hotel is in a great location. Beachfront, two swimming pools, walking distance to Trogir old town (10/15 minutes). A fairy that goes to split is also 5 minutes walking (didn’t get to take it because I it was a short trip). Great management as I had an issue with something outside of the hotel, and Jure the manager helped me resolve it with the great front desk team. I didn’t get to see him but I am thankful for his rescue! Ana and Lorena in the front desk are amazing! Helpful with a big smile! Also Diana the masseuse gave me a very great massage! I would definitely consider staying here when I am back to trogir again.

The bathroom was not that clean, the shower drain was blocked I didn’t stay for long to ask for them to fix it and hadn’t communicated that with them because of my busy schedule but I am sure they would have done something about it if I communicated that to them ( the rest of the room was in great condition)

The hotel is very handy for the airport and has good parking. It's also an easy walk to Trogir. We were very impressed with the welcome drink, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, with a wine list that included some lovely local wines. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and peaceful, and we loved the rooftop jacuzzi! We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back again and spend more time.

The only slight quibble was a wish that the rooftop jacuzzi could have been more private. The tubs of bushes that separate the areas did not screen as well as they might, plus our neighbours were rather loud.

We arrived very early to the hotel and were delighted to be told that we had been upgraded which was a lovely surprise. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the complementary drink was a nice touch. The rooms were ready for us well before the 3pm check-in which was much appreciated. Rooms were very quiet at night with the windows shut, despite being on the flight path (no flights overnight) and great to be only 4km from Split airport from our return flight. Breakfast was super and staff were excellent. Pool was lovely.

Our room was in the spa building and although our bedroom was kept very clean the public areas, including the spa pool, were not in keeping with the high standards of the rest of the hotel.
