The apartment is very cozy, literally steps away from the promenade and old town. Carlo at the reception waited for us til evening to check us in and even carried out suitcases up the staircase. He also gave us info when visiting Zadar e.g sites and food recommendations. Parking is free outside the apartment but the alleyway is narrow. We parked at paid spaces on the street since we didnt want to risk scratching the rental car.

Great location! The view of Roman Forum from our window. One-minute walk to the seaside promenade where Sea Organ and Celebration of Sun are.

The stairs! We stayed in Room 5, on the top floor, and the spiral staircase was quite challenging to navigate with the luggage. When booking, I saw that the description said that there is no elevator in the building (which is understandable since it's in Old Town). Well, I thought, ok, we are fine with stairs. BUT! it didn't say that it is a narrow steep SPIRAL staircase that you have to climb to the third floor. I feel that they should be more upfront about it, since it could be a problem for people. There are no pictures of it on the website, so I will post my own here, so the future guests could decide whether it would work for them.

This apartment is located in Zadar ancient city, from the seaside promenade, sea breeze piano walk five minutes, to the ancient city walk in about 15 minutes, this apartment can also park, basically have a parking space, the room is clean, the bath water is big and hot, if your luggage is big and heavy, the staff will take the initiative to help you move upstairs, Because there's no elevator, so it's worth it.

The property is in a really good location, so close to the main attractions. It beautifully combines the old with the new. I asked on how to get to the property from the main bus station and they sent a message with bus details. This was really helpful and saved money on taxi’s. Check in was in person and we were given a town map with recommendations on what to see and do with key timings of sunset etc. Due to the properties age there was no lift, and the staircase was a little narrow for taking cases up. The room itself was compact but included a kitchenette with fridge and a Nespresso with 2 pods. There was also a small table. The bed was comfortable and the air con was good. The bathroom was a little snug, there were products included and a really good hairdryer.

The host was very helpful. She met us at the apartment and showed us to the parking, gave us the keys and told us about the city. The parking place is open to the public so at busy times you are not guaranteed a space and if you have a wide vehicle you might not be able to get through the entrance! But for us with our small car it was perfect. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from all the main sights in the city. The room was clean and modern with a small kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is quite small and it could do with a few more towel hooks and perhaps a shelf to put toiletries on.

I liked how central it was and how comfortable and clean the room was. The couple who own the property were so lovely and helpful. Right around the corner from the sea organ and the greetings to the sun monument.

The fridge and water heater can be quite loud at night time. Also at 7am both mornings we stayed, a series of bells rang for approximately 3 minutes which meant I was wide awake from then but that is not the fault of the property owners of course.

Location is excellent for the Wave Organ, sunset and the Forum. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Mario arranged for us to get into our room early then gave us detailed information about vegetarian restaurants. Vera gave us good information about a mobile phone repair shop and the location of our ferry departure, then arranged a spot for us to leave our luggage for several hours after check out. This helpful service made all the difference. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to make some meals.

Room is workable although quite small.

The location is as central as it can get, the shore is a 3 minute walk from the accommodation. The room was clean and had all the basics we needed. The host was very welcoming, helpful and gave us good restaurant recommendations, and we had an effective and fast communication with him. There is free parking beside the property, albeit a little tight. Everything was clean and we had an easy self check-out. Very good choice for a couple, we liked it

Amazing location where everything in the old town is within walking distance! Less than 3 minutes walk to the Sea Organ and Sun Salutation art installation. Also, we were recommended to go to Restoran 4 Kantuna and will strongly second the recommendation - amazing food at a very fair price.

Parking was a bit of a challenge (took an hour of circling to find a spot), but once we parked the car it didn't need to move again until we left.

Excellent location. A little bit of parking availability nearby. The hosts were gracious and helpful. The town is very walkable. The room was excellent, with a refrigerator and wonderful air conditioning. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants to choose from with outdoor seating. Church outside the window where we enjoyed an orchestra performance which was an unexpected delight. Many places to walk to and enjoy. Lots of opportunities to enjoy the culture without the feel of a big city. Don't miss the Sea Organ.

Nothing.
