The best location to walk around beautiful charming Zadar old town. This small hotel (only 12 rooms) is a gem with well designed room even though all room are on ground level but it has the best sound proof. We loved our stay here a lot, staffs were so friendly and full of hospitality. We arrived early so we left our luggages there, when we came back to check in they already put our luggages in our room. This one act already made this hotel outstanding in our memory of Zadar trip, thank you.

Small, Boutique, Personalized, Charming, Friendly, Helpful, Convenient

We had room 3 and while everything was very nice, our only negative would have to be the location was next to the bar/breakfast area. We are early risers so it didn’t really matter to us as much but right at 6:30am you hear the noise of the breakfast preparation and especially when making coffee, the grounds must be emptied and there was a lot of banging. My suggestion is to request any room other than 3 and you’ll be fine.

The location of the property was perfect to visit the old Zadar which is a pedestrian zone. In addition a nice terrace for breakfast or coffee. The hotel offers some parking on a side street so we were able to park and unload/load bagage very easily. The people at reception were very pleasant and helpful. They even looked up the opening hours of a neighborhood laundromat. The room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The hotel lay out was most interesting and convenient. Built on the location of a famous old theater, it is all ground floor. But with no car traffic on the streets it is very quiet

What a special little hotel. The location was perfect just inside the city walls and the pre-booked parking was right next to the hotel. Other parking was available just outside the city walls, about a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard and always had a smile and kind greeting. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was simple and served on the small terrace. A greater choice of food could be had for an extra cost by ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu. From the hotel it was very easy to walk to all the main attractions and even though you were part of the inner city it was still quiet at night. The bar and terrace of the hotel were open for late night drinks if needed.

Everything was perfection!!! The staff was friendly. They had great suggestions for dinner and were able to get us tables for both nights of our stay at very popular places even though they were both fully booked up. The room was beautiful! Spacious. Quiet. Private. Comfy bed. Fabulous shower!

There is parking on site but o my a few spots that must be reserved in advance. We didn’t realize this before our stay. However, we were able to find a spot across the street both nights without any issue. The hotel even paid for our parking pass and charged it to our room so we didn’t need to worry about downloading the local parking app or getting a ticket. :)

The hotel is new and modern in the heart of historic Zadar. It was a short walk to the Sea Organ, to the Roman Forum and beyond. We had reserved a parking place in advance for our rental car for a reasonable fee and the spot was right next to the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with modern conveniences - plenty of electrical outlets, good lighting, excellent bathroom with shower, plus places for our suitcases and a large closet. The front-desk staff were friendly and very helpful. There were only 12 rooms in this boutique hotel, so it was quiet. The included breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold foods, with excellent made-to-order coffee. I would stay here again!

I liked everything about the hotel so have no complaints! I only wish we could have stayed for more than one night.

The hotel is very quiet, brand new and very clean! Our stay was great - we were assisted with everything by the staff who were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, everything is new. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast was good, but not very diverse. The location is great - in the heart if the old town, next to the sea and near lots of restaurants. :)

I just didn't enjoy that the rooms are on the ground floor and the windows are right on the back street.

Small hotel in a great location. Easy close walk to the Sea Organ. We requested/paid for a parking spot and so happy we did. We were able to park until 1pm the next day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Traveling with friend and they had our rooms next to one another. Small enough hotel that I don't think we needed to request this. The room was not large but was very comfortable and had everything you need. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, beautiful and organized. The staff was really great, specially the girl who received us (unfortunately I don’t know her name - she‘s very kind!). The room was big, very well decorated and the beds were really comfortable. We asked for extra pillows (my parents are elderly and need them because of sleep apnea), and they provided without problems. The bathroom’s also big and beautiful. Very good towels. The breakfast was perfect, with a lot of options, everything fresh and really delicious.

The shower has a clogged drain and there is a problem probably in the toilet seal, making the bathroom smells bad. The bedroom window is wide and faces the street, so when you open it, everybody can see it inside. On our last night, we opened it for a moment, and a guy, who was smoking at the street, put his face and arms inside our room. We don't know if he was drunk or something like that. We closed the window after this.
