The rooms are spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable but above all every room has a spectacular sea view. The airport is a 10 min drive away so you will hear the aircraft’s coming in to land if you have the patio door open but this adds to the surreal experience and as a light sleeper I have never had any issues with noise. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and would not consider staying nowhere else.

There is absolutely nothing I don’t like about this hotel. There could be some improvement on breakfast (it’s always a cold) and the rooms could do with minimal maintenance (new seal around shower tray) to ensure the high standard remains

The quality of the bath towels could have been better as they were a bit thin & hard Some of the outdoor tables were a bit grubby. There’s a ramp for wheelchair users to get to the beach but to get onto the ramp there’s a step so a smaller ramp there would be beneficial for a wheelchair user A dustbin at the beach would be very useful

Lovely small and friendly hotel right on the beach. Perfect for my stay. Rooms were cleaned every day. I was given a complimentary bottle of water each day too, very useful to help keep hydrated!

Not a big problem, but slightly disappointed that the restaurant was not open but I understood that it was before their season started and there were plenty of options close by to eat at. The reason I was disappointed was that I had eaten there in the past and the food was really good. It's a reason for me to visit again 😀

Very nice small hotel with a little own beach and a good restaurant. Very clean. Friendly staff. A lot of parking across the road. Good a/c and wifi. Good location - close to a local party zone and airport but not noisy.

The juice machine at breakfast is a joke. It does not dispense the juices, but some sort of fruit aroma water. No place to seat and work in the room.. The room and wardrobe will be really small for two people staying for a longer time. The hotel beach is popular with the locals and I am not sure how the hotel would manage the guests if they all wanna get a sun bed an umbrella. No a/c in the lift, restaurant and reception area .

Very clean and comfy rooms with great sea view! Dimitra at the reception is a sweetheart with a golden heart. Always eager to help and to give out info about everything..The location is superb, 10' from the airport, beach in front of you with warm water and at a stone's throw all the cafes and bars on Mackenzie beach..Also a very good planespotting location. Hotel is 20-25' on foot from the center of Larnaca, if it's not too hot you can just walk on the promenade along the beach and it gets right to the city center

Small thing, the tv remote controls were a bit of an issue but they did act on it immediately, so no complaints really. I will gladly go back for a relaxing holiday there

The location is very good and right next to the beach. From the hotel rooms you have a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. The restaurant and the beach are perfect spots to enjoy a drink and relax. Breakfast had plenty of options.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. There was still some hair in the shower. The (quite big) drain cover was lying in the middle of the shower and you could see more dirt and hair in the sink. After telling the very friendly receptionist (and one of the few motivated staff), the housekeeping just replaced the drain cover.

Dimitra went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . At first we weren’t given the 2 single beds or the items I had requested however Dimitra was prompt too provide us what we needed by making up the single beds and delivering the items we needed . She was always so helpful and attentive . Thank you Dimitra The only issue we had which was out of the hotels control was the awful smell of manure from early evening until the morning throughout our stay , to the point it was unbearable to be outside .

Staff was very polite and helpful and my room was cleaned and restocked daily. I was pleasantly surprised that there was complementary Illy coffee, water and red wine a this impacted my mood positively from the start. The room was specious and with a great view to the beach and the little balcony was amazing. I liked the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety. The blond lady receptionist and the girl serving in the restaurant were extremely helpful and polite and an asset to your business (sorry I didn't get their names).

There were minor cosmetic issues in the room such as leaked water stains on the ceiling above the door and a bit of black mould in the bathroom. I was under the impression that the little beach in front of the hotel was free for use by the residents of the hotel, however, I was asked for payment by an individual collecting fees on the beach. I think this should be made clearer.
