The hotel is simply combining between the quality and beauty. Easy to access location, professional and polite stuff. Our room was fantastic with this stylish modern appearance. The infinity pool, drinks and music was remarkable. We also had many cuisine choices and varieties on the breakfast. The spa area was our favorite part, we almost spend half a day there 😁 Generally everything was as it supposed to be.

The only thing we did not like that the food portion was not match with the price on the roof restaurant.

Confort and cleanness of the hotel. The welcoming staff, Anna from the reception gave us a very good service.

Having something to eat other than Cypriot or Turkish traditional foods only.

Where do we start? What an amazing experience from the reception with Mr Hali, Mr Kemal and the lovely Ms Medine who ensured we had a great room but also saw to our every need. Our concierge and Valet Mohamad was also very attentive. We had one issue when the pool stopped service for food so even though it was extremely windy being the sun deprived Brits we were, Ms Duygu from guest services ensured she spoke to the F AND B manager Mr Emirjaan who ensured we were served even though kitchen was closed. As a gay couple with our New baby on the Turkish half of Cyprus, we felt extremely welcome and happy. This was a concern and i am sure many travellers like us would be worried but i can assure you the Concorde is truly a internationally fabulous hotel. We were going to cross and go to the Greek side of Cyprus before we head home but after 2 amazing days we cancelled our booking at a 5 star hotel on South and decided to rebook at the Concorde Tower instead and leave straight back to Uk from here. We booked this hotel by chance for its proximity to the Near East Hospital, but we were so happy we did. Well done guys and we will see you on Thursday again. Fantastic. Amazing. Superb are just some of the words I would use to describe the hotel and especially the staff. Ms Pumi in Fornacetti restaurant was also very attentive, especially as we had a little 2 month old. We could not be more happy.

That we had to leave after 2 days to go back to Larnaca.

We only stayed for one night but made use of all of the facilities inc spa casino etc which were great. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful. The grill house was amazing we had a set menu including wine 5 courses and steaks included. The whole hotel was so clean.

Although hotel was full the restaurants were empty so our Hb buffet meal we’d paid for was so basic we were unable to eat there and went to the other restaurant. Be careful also as shower can flood the bathroom.

Great breakfast options, nice pool and spa facilities and good restaurant options. Very clean hotel. Staff in restaurants were great, food was very nice.

Room service was a bit slow on occasions. There were 3 of us staying in the room (2 adults and 1 toddler in a cot) which was obvious but everyday we were only given 2 towels. We had to call everyday for more towels which on one occasion didn't arrive so we had to use a bathrobe to dry off. Air conditioning stopped work on day 5 which we wasted 3-4 hours going up and down to reception to resolve this. Same thing on day 6 late morning which we didn't even bother addressing to not waste our time since we were leaving the next morning.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable.

The air-conditioning was not set correctly and so the room was extremely hot the first night. I told Reception, who said they would send a technical person, who never turned up. Finally managed to sort it myself, but we only had about 3 hours sleep the first night. Also, when the guest on the floor above our room had a shower, water dripped from the light socket! It had dried up by the next morning and as it was our last night, I didn't bother reporting it and waiting for another technical person to not come.

Rooms were very comfortable and the food was incredible, this was definitely the highlight for us. We ate at the buffet, grill restaurant and fonesetti restaurant on the top floor. All the food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and safe.

That there was no sun by the pool though I know this can't be changed. We'd have liked to sunbathe but weren't able to as there wasn't sun around the pool in the day due to the shadow from the hotel.

The hotel conditions are excellent, the best hotel in Lefkosa without a doubt. I've been to other well known 5* hotels in Lefkosa, and the Concorde is without a doubt the best. From the rooms, to the Spa, to the Restaurant, and most importantly, the staff. The Staff is wonderful, extremely dedicated and friendly, Mr. Ulaş and Mrs. Burcin at the reception were fantastic and super kind, the staff at the Roof Top Restaurant is excellent, extremely attentive, as well as the spa ladies, super nice. My review of the Concorde Hotel is mainly to congratulate the fantastic and professional staff they have. It's the people who make a hotel good or bad.

This hotel is stunning and the breakfast buffet were variety was amazing. The staff were great also. I will stay here again.

The restaurant staff were a little slow and also there were some discrepancies with my bill, however this was rectified after they understood my complaint. Also regarding dinner. I ordered a steak from The capital grill, they brought my sides out about 20min before the steak so the asparagus and side veg were stone cold when the steak arrived. Asparagus was also oily and didn't looked grilled but the steak was nice.

Fantastic restaurants, large room and bathroom with everything you could possibly need. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere and ambiance. Real feel of luxury throughout the hotel.

Only downside to be aware of is that this is a smoking hotel, therefore whilst clean, the smell of smoke within the furnishings is unavoidable
