I'm a very picky person, and I had the best time at this resort. It exceeded my expectations, and it is even nicer in real than in pics. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The resort is impeccably clean (inside and outside). Food is delicious (and breakfast and the restaurants inside the resort). The place is so big that even when fully booked, you don't feel the crowd - I always found a sunbed at the main pool. Beach is beautiful and the kids club is heaven. I will definitely go back!

The hotel was exceptional and so beautiful. We had an amazing time and the staff were so accommodating to all our needs. We had a technical problem in our room and the manager went out of his way to move us. Since our room category was full, he was kind enough to give us an upgrade and move us into a lovely villa with a private pool. We had a fantastic stay and our family with three kids had a blast. Thank you Mario Dobrev and thank you Parklane staff for making our holiday a memorable one!! Our next holiday will surely be in Parklane! We all can't wait to return.

Friendly and professional staff. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look. The resort is immaculate, elegant, modern, sophisticated and extremely comfortable. The restaurants and bars are spectacular with delicious cuisine and service. All brands in one location such as Nammos, LPM, Dior, Loewe etc. Last but not least a visit at the most awarded Kalloni Spa is a must! Special thanks to Mario and Cristina at Reception, Vasilis and Nicolae at Gallery, Katerina at Spa and Napa at Lanes.

A beautiful,modern hotel with excellent facilities and wonderful restaurants Spacious bedrooms with modern bathrooms that include luxury Byredo toiletries. Every member of staff we met were professional and friendly, nothing was ever too much. The restaurants are superb we dined at El Teatro, Nammos and LPM Le Petit Maison. If you have the half board option you will have an allowance of €55 per person that can be used in these restaurants otherwise there is the Lanes restaurant which has a half board menu and has buffet evenings. The gym is fantastic with great equipment and a studio, you are also able to get fresh protein shakes too. The beach, the pools, the landscaping….everything perfect!

A good luxury hotel on the seashore. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, heated pool and attentive staff. A great French restaurant with excellent food and service. We had a great time.

The cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired. Cosmetics were not put in one of our rooms until we told the maid about it twice. The room was not actually cleaned, only towels were changed. And it was a little strange that in a luxury 5-star hotel they did not bring complimentary sweets in the evening before going to bed, and on New Year's Eve even a congratulatory letter or a small gift to guests was not allowed.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience during our New Year's Eve staycation at the hotel. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, creating the perfect getaway for our entire family. It's worth mentioning the warm welcome we received, and I want to extend my personal appreciation to Mario at the front desk. Having visited previously as a couple, this time around, with our family, Mario went above and beyond by personally guiding us to the kids' club and highlighting various sports activities to keep our children entertained. Maria at the kids' club was exceptionally attentive and helpful, ensuring our children had a great time. The bar staff and bellmen were equally wonderful, with the bellmen even assisting us in finding a suitable cap for a group of five. Breakfast was consistently delightful, maintaining the high standard we've come to expect. The only minor area for improvement was the temperature of the indoor pool water, which we found to be a bit too cold for our liking. Overall, we are immensely grateful for the tranquil and enjoyable stay we had. We look forward to returning in the future, thanks to the excellent service and warm hospitality.

Nothing really, everything was taken care of.

We love the place. The accommodation is very luxurious and we appreciated the service by personnel (they were always friendly, provided all information we needed and gave even more suggestions on restaurants and outings). Communication by email before our arrival was pleasant - quick replies and clear information. Airport shuttle comfortable and as promised. Food in restaurants was lovely as well as in-room dining. At this time of year, the outdoor pools were very cold so we could swim there but we did enjoy some sunbathing next to them. Also, Park Kids is a nice place for kids. A taxi-ride to the city center of Limassol is easily arrange at the hotel, but you could also take the bus that stops right in front of the hotel. If you have a chance -and you like cats- try and visit Malcom's Cats Sanctuary ("Malcom Cat Protection Society") near Asomatos.

The indoor pool was nice, but could have been warmer. The (heated) outdoor pool at Park Kids was not open and just started to run on the day we left - that was unfortunate.

Very nice kidsfriendly hotel with amazing Christmas decorations all over the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and always giving the kids papers with their favorite characters to draw. Tge breakfast buffet was beyond amazing! The best i had seen in Europe so far. Rooms were spacious, beautiful, comfortable the sea view just breathtaking. Car parking was free, use of kids club was free.

Only negative thing (general problem in cyprus) that people were allowed to smoke everywhere outside, incl on the breakfast terrace. I raised my issue with reception, hoping that they introduce dedicated outdoor smoking resp. non smoking sections.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the room view was amazing and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The pool areas, especially the sea-water pool and the adult pool were very relaxing. Fabulous breakfast and friendly staff.

Anything related to dining. Left extremely disappointed from our dining experience at LPM restaurant. We also tried Nammos - the atmosphere was exceptional, wasn't thrilled by any of the dishes we tried, except from the steak which was amazing. Room service and vithos cafe very overpriced for the food quality standard provided.

Everything was perfect and beyond expectation. The hotel is fully renovated and all the rooms and facilities are excellent. Large rooms, spot clean, modern and fulfill every need. Comfy beds touch screen for lighting and large bathroom. The landscaping is excellent with large number of trees and flowers which blend perfectly with the environment. There are a lot of pools and ponds. The kids playing area is amazing with lots of things for the kids to play. The breakfast was excellent with lots and lots of choices. The arrangement of the different stations made it very easy and quick to choose any food without waiting even though the hotel was full. Above all though what made our stay memorable was the staff. All of them were excellent. From the management, the reception, the people at the restaurants, the pools, the cleaning. Generally ALL. From all my experiences on hotels the hospitality was one of the best. Congratulations to all and thank you for all your assistance.
