It's a shame that the pool wasn't heated and the jacuzzi didn't work.

It would be amazing if the indoor pool was heated

The room was very clean and they cleaned the rooms every day, the breakfast was great every day, with more to choose from you would never run out of something new to have each morning. It was all more than delicious. The staff was amazing. Friendly and always greeted us and smiled. The location was second to none.

I do not think anything else could have made our stay at the hotel any better. The inside pools were open, It would have been nice if the outdoor pools were open but we understand we were out of season.

The room was very spacious and comfortable with great amenities. The kosher dining room was very functional and more than served its purpose. The unlimited cold drink and beer was a huge plus. The swimming pools and leisure facilities were clean and great. Housekeeping cleaned the room exceptionally well. The airport shuttle service was very helpful. The allowance to pack lunches at breakfast was a big help

There were areas of the hotel in need of painting and maintenance. The food lacked imagination and variety and got monotonous. The morning confectionery was below average and could do with a revamp. The coffee machine did not cater to an acceptable kosher level which was a pity. The smoking around the pool was unpleasant and excessive.

The facilities were excellent. Staff were professional at all times. The food was plentiful and tasty. The pool area was clean, spacious, and with the position facing the sea was lovely.

The building is in need of modernisation, i.e. In rooms the TV should be Internet accessible. there were a lot of broken tiles which need repair. the food was tasty but need more variety. The room was spacious but also needed modernising the bed was extremely hard.

I liked that is accessible by buses to various places and we don't have to get taxis everywhere. I also liked the quality and variety of the food in both breakfast and dinner. It was helpful to be able to take food from breakfast for lunches. I liked that we had an upgrade to a suite so we had more space for our family. The little shop is very reasonably priced. Cocktails were good and prices fair in the bar

The signage for the hotel should include a large sign for the blue lagoon not just capital coast. one you can see from the road. The suite had no tea or coffee to go with the kettle. Also it was not a kosher kitchen and I couldn't use the cooking items or plates. It would be really helpful to have kosher utensils to use. The pool inside was cold. The pool area was unlit and after 5:30pm was unable to see underwater. The jacuzzi was filled with strange bubbles whenever we turned it on. Strange. The shop could have a small kosher section with cup noodles and dairy, crackers, spreads.

It would be helpful to mention the beach is not a sandy one to spend the day at It is important to mention to guests if they will be facing the construction currently going on next door it can wake them up from 7:00 AM

The staff at the blue lagoon were great special thanks to the chef who helped with my dietary requirements I’m gluten intolerant

The hotel is hosted by capital coast the staff te rude there were several faults with our room and took several requests to get fixed but he hotel is poorly maintained half equipment is broken swimming oil faculties good but again poorly mainted

The room was big and convenient. The pools are great. The staff was very kind. From most of the rooms there is an amazing view of the sea.

The kosher food dinning room was o.k., food quality was basic, although edible.
