Okay let’s start with the positive. The Hotel is very well located facing and amazing sea for snorkelling and have great amenities. Breakfast is very good and waitresses are very nice.

We were very disappointed with the behavior of the front desk staff when we asked for a bowl to eat instant soup while I was sick. They told us they didn’t have any and looked at us with a lot of judgment, as if we couldn’t bring food into the hotel and were uneducated. This is shameful for a 5-star hotel and the first time I’ve experienced such treatment. Additionally, the way we were welcomed was strange, almost as if we were being treated like children or idiots. This is not the level of service expected from a 5-star hotel. Lost one point for r this, and it could have easily been two.

We loved everything about it. From the super friendly and attentive staff to the delicious food provided, very vegan friendly. Yoga activities with Veronika were the best way to start the day. The room, the pool, the sun beds, the spa, everything was exceptional.

The gym was a bit small and the changing rooms for the sauna and indoor pool a bit small but only used it once as I was too busy enjoying all the rest of the hotel.

We're a gay couple who stayed at the hotel for 10 days full board and had a fab time. The hotel is SO much nicer than the pictures and the room and view are fab. Headlines: Staff - incredible services, super polite and professional. Really lovely people and we can't fault this at all. Breakfast - perfect Lunch - a la carte menu is very good Dinner - buffet style and really took the gloss off the food experience at the hotel. We went into town and tried a few restaurants even though we paid for full board. Entertainment at hotel - pretty boring (pianist for an hour and similar type of stuff)...you'll need to go to the Protara strip in the evenings for a livelier environment. Bar/bar area - can seem a bit small when busy but pretty cool all the same. Bar by pool is nice. Drinks do add up and you kind of feel obligated to tip cause they're so nice (even though service is included and they mention this on the receipt, they still add a line of tip). Protaras strip - on first glance very blackpool-esq but it does grow on you. Bit more benidorm rather than lake garda but you can make the most of it and go to the nicer places for sure. All in all, the hotel is fab and we would definitely return and recommend it. We strongly suggest snorkelling in the water in front of the hotel (buy good snorkeling gear before you get there, local stuff not the best). The staff make the hotel and the pictures don't do the hotel justice. It's a fantastic place!!

Staff probably one of the nicest I've ever met in any hotel! It's also super nice if you are planning to have some relax (even during the seasonal weeks in the middle of the summer) the hotel is located 15 minutes by walk from the Centre, you aren't on the side of the very very crowdy beaches where are billions of people... and you can actually walk from the hotel to the sea in the bay which is like 1 minute walk down by the stairs, and you're literally inside the sea. In the bay we also had a chance to see sea turtles which was super fun! There is a shop in the bottom of hotel where u can buy a lot of useful things for your vacation such as snorkeling stuff and sunscreen protector gel, couple of books etc...

Very hard to bring up any cons this hotel had, it was literally perfect, probably the only thing we missed was the refreshment of the shower gels after day by day, but in the end we just bought one in the store which is located near to the hotel :) Also it's worth to mention that for the drinks you are paying extra, except during the breakfasts where you can have champagne, juices and water for free. For us it was worth to get also a lunch, you can have every day a Starter, Main dish and desert in the price included for the lunch. If you are getting up later and having a breakfast later, basically you can skip the lunch but it's really up to people, I would definitely recommend since the food is perfect!

- Cordial welcome - always crucial. :) - Very comfortable and stylish room with fantastic ocean view. - In general, friendly staff. - Fantastic swimming pools with assigned beds. - Beach (rocky) for snorkeling just in front. - A generous breakfast. - WiFi top class. In summary, a very good experience.

When delayed by 20 minutes for the check-out, the receptionist balanced on the edge of rudeness and refused to provide any advice for a cab to the airport. Frankly, that was a bit poor, although I realise the delay was inconvenient. In addition, and this is not related to the hotel, it is good to be aware that the fixed rate of the cab from Larnaca Airport is € 60. A driver from Taxi Vasileos charged an additional € 20 ‘for luggage’, which is not regular.

The hotel overall was very nice and clean. We loved our swim up room it was beautiful. The room had great sound proofing and the climate inside was good.

One member of their staff at the swim up bar was racist and discriminatory. There were only 4 black guests we saw during our one weeks stay and we were 2 of them. At the bar I was asked if I was a guest and told I cannot use the bar if I am not a guest. Other European white guests around the bar did not get those questions or comments. This was automatically upsetting. I reported it but no clear response back ro us with the outcome or a follow-up from a manager. The staff member treated me that way because of my difference and because of his own bias. The hotel needs to do some training and should reach out to me if they would like to navigate that option.

Tranquility, relaxation, surroundings, location, staff, facilities, privacy, comfort, cleanliness, food, breakfast, prices, spacious room. They offered us complimentary room upgrade from inland view to swimming pool-sea view (very beautiful scenery)!

Can’t express how amazing our stay was all thanks to the great staff at the hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful, super clean the amenities are great. The pool area is so beautiful and luxury. The rooms design is absolutely stunning (& rooms smell awesome ;])The bed is extra spacious and comfy. Would like to thank the staff for helping us and giving us extra treatments throughout our stay. We also had a medical emergency and got the help of the hotel to get to a medical care in just a few minutes. The food at the restaurant was delicious!! Portions are big and full of flavor. Thank you Jade sunrise. We’ll be back for sure very soon
