A very nice hotel that we used as our stop from Poland back home to Slovenia. The hotel room was big and comfortable, with great beds and good bathrooms. The pool was good, the new saunas were amazing and very relaxing we loved that. The breakfast was also very good and tasty and kept us all through the day.

Only a few complaints. Staff on the reception were not really pleasant they seemed annoyed when we went to check in and check out. No smiles no info no nothing just. ktnxby. Felt kind of cold for the first impression. Luckily this is the worst thing of the otherwise great hotel. I really did not like that there was no staff present in the pool area and the kids could run around and jump in the pool it was insanely loud. Still the morning swim was great!

Different types of Sauna and the pool were great. Breakfast had a lot of options. All inclusive buffet for 20€ was also worth it since you were able to go back until 4am. Food options changed every day, too, which was great. Rooms were spacious enough. Fridge included drinks that you could buy. Bus station to the city is very close to the Hotel. A little Mall close by.

a'la cart restaurant - extremally small portions, limited choice, you remain hungry all-you can eat buffet - poor quality food and limited choice bed too small with single mattrasse - when you turn in bed, the other person feels the movement of the mattrasse you come across a lot of casino-goers - rather unsophisticated variety of people... hotel is remote, far from the city staff does not speak English for the most part

Breakfast is very good and enjoyable. Dinner is very good. Room was very nice and clean. Also the service in the restaurant was excellent! We were able to enjoy the swimming pool as well.

The connecting door to the neighbor's room. When they came home at 5:30 AM in the morning it woke me up. You can hear everything underneath the door. Young boys were looking through the sauna window

Friendly staff. Free parking. Excellent food in the restaurant with friendly and professional staff. Great spa and pool area which was included in the price.

I like the facilities and location..so much kids friendly..i will surely comeback soon...

I am a bit disappointed with the reception staff, because I ask for an available rooms and she gave me the expensive rooms and lied to me that was the last one.but I check in again through booking.com and I get more available rooms which is not as expensive as she prefer..Thanks to booking.com that won't lie..but Hoping next time will be truthful because we love the hotel and our families and friends always going there even celebrating birthdays in the function hall.I just only made a wrong date booked that's why we need an available rooms for us yesterday for one night..Thank you so much and keep up the company and owners a good work..

The Breakfast is super....my only comment is...you have too little for Vegetarian Guest...specially for lunch and dinner!

The addition of the new bar in the cellar is a huge bonus and Jan the sommelier was both accommodating and knowledgeable about wine. Absolutely delightful!!!

The room is clean , the lobby is big, nice to stay .

It’s only the location of our room . You can see only the roof when you look at the window .
