room was very big and bed comfortable, reception nice, easy to find, there is parking on the street and quite expensive parking garage

I did not like the fact I was asked to leave the breakfast room once the buffet closes. It was really poor service. If you need to close the buffet fine - those are the rules. but why kick me out? just let me finish my coffee! or ask me to sit on the terrace, setting up one table for lunch takes a minute...sad that people are not more hospitable :(

O liked the location, excellent reception service and communication, cleanliness, ideal access from parking, restaurant interiors and available big terasse for breakfast. Also the bed was perfect and room was spacious. Breakfast was fine though not excellent. Way back from the restaurants and bars on Velké náměstí in the old town is quick and easy. Also rational processes to save environment through planned exchange of towels and linen should be stressed.

They could improve a bit the light intensity in the bathroom and in the room the access to the mirror - probably the weakness of my room with single bed only.

Spacious room. Location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden of the hotel is wonderful. Everything was just perfect and I hope we get to stay again next year.

It would be great if you could highlight the entrance and parking. Also to make more visible the entrance to the hotel from parking. I had a problem with it, same my colleague who arrived when it was already dark.

Location close to the city center, large parking place-undergroud garage, very nice and kind staff, rooms clean and lovely breakfest. Recommend to stay either business or not

In our room, when opening the faucet with water in the bathtub, the faucet made strange noises.

Check-in and check-out was friendly and efficient. The hotel combines the elegance of a historical building with modern and comfortable rooms. The room was more spacious than we expected, and also very quiet. We slept well. There was a very good choice at breakfast, with hot and cold options on the buffet; everything we tried was tasty. Location wise, it's just a few minutes walk into the center, so convenient for sightseeing too.
