We liked the friendly and accommodating staff, in particular, Honza, Anna, and Valentina who all went out of their way to help us with any questions, queries, or requests we had, especially in regard to motorcycle security and travel to Prachovske Skaly. The reception staff were as was one of the owners a pleasure to interact with and made our trip all the more enjoyable because of it. The room was well appointed and very clean and modern with a lovely bathroom. The location from the town centre was excellent, far enough away that it was quiet and close enough to walk in for a drink or a meal.

I reccomend to use sauna and massages in the hotel. They are amazing. I also like breakfast there. There is a lot of options for everybody. I am lactose intolerant and I hotel had a lot to offer. I love it that I could also have coffee to go. I just love the reception there. Personnel was very nice and helpful.

There is a little bit of problem with how the air conditioning works during the night. When we were using the night mode, I could barely breath, so I started to turn it off and open windows in there. Beds are very firm, so for my problems with my back, it wasn't the best option.

We had a huge bedroom on the 10th floor with an amazing panorama of the surroundings. The bathroom was really comfy with extra goods (e.g. toothpaste) you may have forgotten, also aimed at children. The beds were comfy. There were many different items at breakfast and I especially enjoyed the freshly brewn coffee. Staff at the reception and in the breakfast room/ restaurant was warmhearted

We had a wonderful experience, staying in hotel reStart in Jicin. Especially because of the friendly staff. The family like attitude, the extreme will to help us maximize our vacation experience. The breakfast was very good. A lot of vegetables and various other ingredients. The facilities were very good. The proximity to the sport center. The availability of electrical mountain bike which enabled us enjoy the area. But most of all, again - The hotel as well as the restaurant staff.

The personal was incredibly Kind to me and very polite. The owner especially was always natural friendly and smiling to all the guests Also both girls in the reception were extremly Kind. The room was big, toilete with a lot o space, room temperature perfect. Wellness snd Fitness not comfortable

The hotel itself is pretty comfortable. it has garage with monitoring. It’s location enables walking to the center of Jicin. Also you have direct access to aqua park from the hotel.

One little thing, the water in the hotel is the hard water with calcium. That makes the water taps in the bathroom worn out pretty fast.

We had two free days, so we decided to visit Jičín. In hotel Restart we had really big room on 9th floor, the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, the best combination ever :) From our room, we had better view than from famous Jičín lookout tower (Valdická brána), I think we were even higher. Beds were quite comfy and morning breakfast was fabulous. We visited wellness center with thai massage - I would really recommended to do so as well.

Picking negatives is not that easy. My girlfriend was not quite satisfied with her pizza in hotel restaurant, but I think it was just a bad choice of meal (salmon pizza). Other than that, there was nothing we did not like.

Bright and comfortabel rooms, the excellent breakfast, the very good location (400 meters from the center of Jicin, with a beautiful bike- or walk-road to the center) and above all the very enthusiastic and friendly young staff. We are recommending the hotel to our friends now.

breakfasts were gorgeos, the gym small, but new and quite good. staff was friendly and helpful. altogether a great hotel and i love my stay there.

they wanted me to write down on paper my credit card number. it is very unprofessional. in 4star hotel the price of gym should be already included in the final price.
