We were moved to the Vila Terasy building after having some issues with our room in the Cafe Terasy. The manager was very accommodating to our needs and reacted promptly to our messages. Both the Vila and Cafe Terasy rooms are spacious and beautifuly designed offering everything you might need for a short or longer stay. We stayed over a week and it was perfect - good location near the centre, tasty breakfasts and convenient parking.

The hosts were super helpful and kind and speak english very well which is not common in this part of Czech We had several complex issues with our arrival and Lucie gave us a great service and it really felt she did everything she could to help The apartment was very cousy, had good space and facilities for a family of 5 people Really felt like home. Terasy Cafe definitely accomplished our highest score recommendation!

Actually nothing Maybe the towels can be thicker but it is common all over Czech

The location was great, it is in walking distance from the bus station, from IQlandia and from main square. I really enjoyed the apartment with fully equipped kitchen to cook some quick dinner and the buffet breakfast to enjoy the vacation feeling.

The coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good. And the WiFi was somehow unreliable.

We were here during a heat wave. Don’t know if A/c was broken or they had turned it off for the season which is common in Europe. We opened the doors and it was very pleasant at night. But room was warm during the day

Big and bright apartments. Fantastic bathroom and shower. Wonderful breakfast and bar. Close to the city center. Good parking place with a height of around 2.3m. Was good with the roof box. A lot of storage places. Drinking water from the faucet.

No view from the apartments :( No swimming pool or jacuzzi in wellness. No coffee in the room. It can be improved by adding some simple capsule coffee machine.

Spacious apartment with a big balcony located in near proximity to the old town - ~5 minute walk. Parking garage included.

Reception opens only at 2 pm. An earlier check-in was not possible for us. We arrived around 12.30. The cafe is more of a vine bar. The card is limited and only available in Czech. We had trouble ordering a small lunch due to the language barrier.

The building and the apartments are new and fully equipped, in a quiet and central area. Big apartment (2 bedrooms) with new furniture and all the necessary for a one-week stay. Privacy and relax with included breakfast in the cafe attached.

Great value for the money. The location was excellent for our needs. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was always good. Will definitely recommend this place.

We did not have access to the wellness area. We were disappointed with that as it advertises in the pictures.

Apartment was beautiful, very modern and highly equipped. We had a great view from our rooms. Including breakfast. And a building private parking place for the car.

No air conditioning in the apartment and it was really hot outside

Location is great for arriving with car, comfortable parking, big apartment and very comfortable.

The breakfast was relatively poor. Most of the time there weren't enough eggs or juices. Besides that all was excellent.
