Nice historical building, at the city centre square. Nice staff, very attentive. Breakfast was quite good for the price. Overall the stay was at a very good price for what you getting. Staff, amazing and go out their waybif you needed anything!

I think the inside could do with a bit of a make over, least the rooms. And if you asked for anything they would do the their best! that was very nice from all the staff.

Entered the dining room for the nice included breakfast right in the middle of the available time, but there wasn't any hot food left. I had to wait for a staff member to arrive and ask specifically. I'm all in favour of not wasting food, and appreciate getting freshly prepared food, but would have felt more welcoming if I didn't see empty serving trays, have to wait, and have to feel like I was inconveniencing someone to specifically cook 'extra' for us. Otherwise good food, nice area, and friendly staff, just a point that would have made a good stay better.

Very beautiful looking hotel. Great location. Parking was on the street, but hotel has some parking places reserved for guests. Staff was helpful enough to prepare us breakfast packets as we had to leave earlier, than regular breakfast time. Unfortunately, as the breakfast area looked nice and welcoming. Bed and breakfast part is more budget oriented travellers, but for this price it is had to beat!

Cleaning staff should be more attentive and a noisy refrigerator could be changed, but these are minor things

The restaurant staff were very helpful, especially the manager. Luckily, there was a special party happening and they were in the restaurant after hours. Although my biggest issue was with parking, and that was because of the restaurant party, so maybe not. It was easy to find the hotel (with google maps) and the hotel sent a detailed map for parking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (not included) was delicious.

I didn’t realize the key fob opened the exterior door into the hotel, the waitstaff helped me with that. My biggest issue was that the bathroom was cramped- I had to open the shower doors to use the toilet so I didn’t hit my head in them when sitting (I recently hit my head on a number of very short door frames at an open air museum and didn’t want to do that again). Also, there was not a shelf or crevice or anything the put my shower items in, so I had to put them on the toilet- luckily it was very close! My traveling companions had a larger room (triple) and said their bathroom was much bigger, but still no shelf in the shower.

Hotel with a history in great location. Self chekin. Good comfortable bed. Good value for money. Even small fridge is available and teapot with coffee and tea.

Hair on the towel in the bathroom. You will be lucky to have a free parking near the hotel. When we arrived, all 7 places were occupied. So you should have plan B where to park your car.

The place was exactly the same as in the pictures advertised. I really liked its all-fashioned style. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very kind people indeed. I was very happy here. Thanks!

The central location is just perfect, the parking was easy and right in front of the property. The "no reception" check-in went smoothly and the breakfast were huge & included many kinds of food given the fact they costed only 9 USD per person.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! This 123 year old hotel is just exquisite. From the dedicant cafe with its exquisite cakes to the spectacular interior. The amazing service where all the staff pay attention to your every need. I wish I had of known there was a festival 2 days later I would have booked longer! The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud! Excellent communicators. I wish to highly recommend a Praha Hotel! 10/10!

Location, friendliness of staff

The restaurant was closed all month which would have been nice to know in advance. Upon arrival there was reconstruction which in the room our guest stayed was sadly very loud. But only on first day

Amazing hotel interiour, high ceiling and large halls felt like we are in some castle or mansion. Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was very good as well.

At hotel was only 7 parking spaces and all was occupied, but around the corner is large paid parking lot. You can scan QR code from Parking Automat and buy ticket online easy.
