Good hotel, value for the money but.... Read the negative part and you'll understand. This is something you have to think and be careful about. The hotel is good but if they don't take responsibility for their faults then how good are they?

There was a storm the second night and a member of the staff tried to take down a parasol and lost control over it. The parasol damaged my motorcycle and now the hotel owner refuses to pay for the damage. My bike was parked outside the entrance door with the with full consent from the hotel staff! And nobody told me about the accident, I saw the damage the next morning when going out for a drive. everything is on the surveillance video tape which I have not seen but been told by a member of the staff. The matter is under police investigation and we probably end up in court. do you want that sort of hazel for yourself?

A lovely little hotel, fairly close to the station and a short tram ride from the old city. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They even told us that local transport was free for us oldies. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, while the restaurant was open in the evening. We only had drinks there, but the food was very reasonably priced.

Decent location, around 15 minutes walk on the flat from the main railway station. Heart of old town is around 25 minutes walk. Breakfast was better than expected for this grade of hotel. Room / bathroom size was good.

Surprised that I ended up with single bed although my booking was for a double.

A simple, easily accessible hotel near the historic center of the city. Responsive staff. Sufficiently wide choice of food for breakfast.

At night, however, the noise of the neighboring street, as well as the noise of the railway, disturbed.

Excellent budget hotel on the edge of central Olomouc. The hotel was clean and efficient, easy to find and a short walk from the heart of this wonderful city. As it was very hot weather we decided to eat in the hotel rather than walk back into town. The food was really delightful, well cooked and presented with lots of choice. The value for money was amazing.

Everything. The staff was extremely nice, the room clean and comfortable, no noise from outside. Very good breakfest.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. I do not speak any Czech at all but they were still able to communicate with me. I loved having air conditioning because I would have been miserable with out it. It’s very good value for the money. The on-site restaurant was good and very reasonable priced.

Well it’s very noisy as the street behind the hotel is busy. There were no blinds on the windows so early every morning I was woken up by loud traffic noise and daylight. I would have gave this place a 10 if I could have had a dark and quiet place to sleep.

The hotel is great and is like 7 min walk to the city centre. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful ! Train station was near, almost 10 min by walk.

Breakfast included, big bathroom and comfortable bed

The air conditioner was noisy, it was hard to sleep. Without AC in the room was very stuffy
