everything is as usual

liked everything as always, value for money. the only negative was the new person at the reception, who was not very friendly in my opinion. Usually upon arrival they offer a glass of prosecco, but the person who registered us did not seem to be in a mood and talkative at all, neither offered us anything. At the same time at the next counter the employee offered other guests a glass of prosecco, asked how was their way to the hotel, and if everything was fine, it was very nice

Really good value for the money, given the value of breakfast and dinner (both tasted good). Really new spacious rooms of modern design and comfortable beds. An idea for management: make a snack bar/shop at the reception or install a vending machine. Guests want to munch on snacks while watching TV sometimes, and the selection in minibars is too small. I don't mind buying everything from the hotel since it is the business model of the entire area but I want to have a bigger choice.

Complimentary water comes in smallest bottles possible. That is a very cheap move that partially ruins the overall image of an exclusive hotel that you are trying to convey. No, the size will not motivate me to take another 0.33l from the mini bar. 0.66l is still too little. Same about Nescafe Classic for coffee and no creamers. Rooms of such quality in a Grand hotel call for pod coffee machines.

Our room was simply perfect! Lovely view, nice and calm. Excellent massage, and wellness section. Beautiful eating area with a great breakfast selection and a tasty dinner selection with dim lights and calm atmosphere.

-That the wellness/sauna had to be booked in advance to a certain time. -That I had to pay extra for parking. But Im glad I was able to use it. -The waiter in the evening wasn’t patient and clocked out and closed our dinner tab before asking us how we’d like to pay. He also added himself a hand written 100,- tip without asking, luckily we caught it in time and cancelled it with the management. Just one waiter (older) the rest of the waiters were professional.

Modern and stylish interior. Amazing view from the window in the room. Delicious breakfast. Very cozy atmosphere and polite stuff. Comfortable stay, warm and clean room.

This is minor point, but it catches an eye - carpets in the room and corridors were full of dirty spots like smth was spilled. The same thing was on the sofa in restaurant. Spa&Wellness are additionally charged. What is from my perspective should be for free for the hotel guests. Parking is super expensive in the hotel, and costs more than public one which is located right near the hotel. Also, you can’t have a parking place in the hotel if you have a car with LPG.

Excellent value for money off-season, the staff is very professional and the facilities are really high-standard. The breakfasts are all-you-can-eat and all of the ingredients I've tried were high-quality. Wellness area is well-equipped and very affordable.

Only two minor remarks: AC in the room doesn't go lower than 21°C, and the wellness area should not be accessible to children - I do understand that parents should also have the possibility to access it (and they cannot leave their children unsupervised in the room), but the facilities are not appropriate for children (no swimming pool etc.), and they disturb the sauna experience by being noisy. I know that they are not allowed in the latter part of the day, so perhaps next time I will make a reservation for the evening hours.

It's a really great hotel. Modern, yet still cozy. Located right in the middle of Pec pod Snezkou. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Staff members were especially polite and helpful - from reception to kitchen staff and cleaning ladies. Communication was great, we were informed of all extra charges in advance. SPA area small but very tidy and relaxing with two saunas, Jacuzzi, Kneipp basins and rest area with a view. And it is dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Highly recommended.

It’s was very clean and the stuff was very nice, excellent breakfast and location on the hotel !!

The parking it’s so expensive and they say that it’s for pet availability but the price its 20 euro per day and they will notify you when you receive the payment check out that is not correct they should inform you wen you arrive they should tell you the price for the dog as well !! this is not correct from my side !!!!

The rooms are beautiful and modern and spacious. The breakfast is good. The location perfect.

The restaurant staff - they didn't inform us that the kitchen was going to close so when we asked for desserts they just told us it is closed and you can't. They were very cold. The receptionists (some of them) gave us wrong information about transportation. The rooms were not cleaned / had to ask for change of towels.

Great hotel, super friendly staff , big variation for breakfast: fruits , vegetables, eggs , yogurt, musli, pancakes, pastries and many other things Dogs friendly as well

To be honest , the fact that sauna and facilities are for extra pay doesn’t make that much sense as I would expect this to be part of the night stay . Yes , understand that it has limitations per hour/ number of visitors but it can be done through reservations . I checked several places around and see wellness as “ free access “

Clean room, attentive staff, great location and very good food, both for breakfast and dinner with a set menu. The staff can accommodate even special diet requirements. The hotel is also dog friendly and we even got a dog basket into our room. Which is a lovely touch.

The stay was great overall so these are just minor remarks, but I’d expect more xMas decorations and a tree in the hotel when it’s December. But maybe we were too early and it’s still coming up! Also prices of drinks at the bar were pretty high.
