Large, clean, new. Lot.of light with big windows and white furnuture. Nice view, nice safe looking neighbourhood with good brunch restaurant a few hundred meters away. The rooms are really large, the bed is the most comfortable possible. Parking is private area, friendly cleaning personnel.

Only missing item was a washing-drying machine. Some of the "two-bedroom" apartments have no separate kitchen/living area. This is different from international standards or nomenclature. It can be either confusing or inconvinient. Please call it either two-room studio or anything else that can differentiate it from typical two bedroooms + american kitchen living room units. Getting in for the first time during night with the (changing?) codes and the online check-in process was challanging and time consuming. Luckily they have a 24h line. Overall it is a good accommodation.

We were in Prague and had booked airbnb apartment which we needed to leave due to desperate state of the apartment and unresponsive host. It was alreday late (after 19:00h) when we found this apartment, booked it and we were immediately sent precise instructions on how to get the key and how/where to park the car. The apartment was big, clean and with more then enough space for us. The host also has overnight emergency phone line available (which I unfortunately needed to use) with imedate response. I needed to call them because someone in the apartment under ours had a party with loud music at 05:00h. After my call someone came in like less then 5 minutes and the music stoped and we heard it no more.

This location was perfect for the event I was going to nearby, and well connected with trams right outside which take you straight to the castle, city tourist areas etc, and some nice restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Checking in was super easy and efficient, very well set up and I didn't need to contact anyone to get into the building/room. The room was clean, quiet, and more spacious than I expected!

Relatively expensive for a solo traveller, and the lift is slow, but overall very pleased and no major complaints.

Mayby in summer there is no air-conditioning but it is only can affect between 2 - 3 months a year .

Excellent clean room, comfortable bed, everything is brand new and convenient, had all the things you need for a comfortable stay, such as a small fridge and a kettle, as well as the basic kitchen utensils, an iron and a hair-dryer. Also located right on the public transport stop, not far from all the central locations. A public school next door creates nice white noise of children's voices in the mornings. :) Several minimarkets, a coffee shop and a bakery right in the building. Very responsive online reception. Loved this place, and I am going to stay again.

it was sparkling clean, easy to access, good communication via email we booked car park in advance, got an email for extra payment and the private car park is right at the building with access to the lift, brilliant comfortable beds, we were actually sad that we only stayed one night location is great, literally 3 tram stops from Prague Castle, windows are sound proof! the two bedroom apartment is really spacious

Conveniently located spacious apartment, very clean and well thought through. Downtown is easily reachable by tram or even on foot, we also found it easy to get to other locations of interest (zoo, Divoka Sarka etc). There is a bakery, espresso bar and a gelato store nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by good matresses, i.e. not too soft. Slept like babies.

Sensitive sleepers might be disturbed by the sounds of Belohorska street at night: trams, late night commuters etc. To me those are just city sounds but bear in mind.

Great place for a family vacation. Ideal location - not far away from tourist places (5 minutes by tram to Prague Castle), and at the same time not so crowded. Lots of cafes, restaurants and infrastructure nearby, private parking place just in the in the courtyard of the building for reasonable price. The apartment is very clean and exactly as on photos, bedrooms are really huge, very comfortable beds and mattresses. In the 2-bedroom apt there is a folding armchair with comfortable mattress which can be used for a child. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, kettle and dishwasher. Clear and concise instructions for self-check-in and check-out. We enjoyed our 5-days stay very much and will stay here again with great pleasure!

It would be great to have blackout or at least darker curtains to prolong morning sleep and rest a little bit.

Firstly, I’ve been giving a lot of 10s on our current trip. I think it’s possible to rate a bed in a dormitory with shared toilets a 10 if it meets all of our expectations for a bed in a dormitory. The Penthouse Unit here is no dormitory. Spacious. Clean. Quiet. Well appointed. Exactly as it says on the box. Basic food options and corner store across the road. Next to the 22 Tram in towards the Castle and Charles Bridge. Parking on site, at a cost. And a lift. The bedrooms are three doors apart. And two balconies. Best of our 10s so far.

Hard to fault anything.

The tram station was directly in front of the house and it only took 20 min into the city. There were also lots of restaurants on our street and little tourism. Online check in and keybox system were really nice. We arrived early and could leave our luggage at the luggage storage room in the hotel until check in without a problem.

We would have liked a second key for the apartment so that we could have split up but it was still fine with one key.
