I chose the Fleur de Lis because I wanted to stay in Vinohrady on my latest Prague trip. Vinohrady offers plenty of choice of restaurants and yet it's a residential area and not a tourist trap - but if you want to visit the main sites scubas the it's also very close. The buildings are beautiful. FdeL is a traditional hotel offering good, solid comfort with a nice and varied breakfast. Our room was enormous (I suspect it was bigger than the one I booked, but for the same price as the one I booked). It was also nice and quiet, facing the courtyard not the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect: very close to a tram and metro station (green line), that will take you to the city center in a few minutes, considering that Prague has possibly the best public transport in the world. We had a superior double room, which was more than enough for a 3-day trip. The price was absolutely fair and a great value for money. A good breakfast was served, with a good range of choices. Last but not least: the personnel was extremely helpful and responded quickly to every request or question we had.

One little detail, quite personal: the pillows were not so comfortable, but of course this is a very subjective opinion.

I have no words to describe how kind and helpful the staff are. Always with a smile on their faces, they were ready to meet all our requests in an outstanding manner. The hotel is very beautiful, with a charming vintage style and delightful details. The bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is extensive, offering options to suit all guests' preferences, which was a very positive experience.

The lack of a shower enclosure in the bathroom can make bathing a bit inconvenient, but it doesn’t diminish the overall quality of the stay.

Hotel easy to find and it’s only 30min walking from the city center. Lovely staff, fast check in and check out. Great tasty breakfast, with variety of options (even for gluten free diet). Comfortable room with everything you need.

The bathroom had poor ventilation, so the walls are already cracking from constant moisture. It looks like hotel not really accessible for people with disabilities (especially on wheelchairs, there are a lot of stairs)

The best part of the hotel was the staff. Genuinely nice and if something needed to be fixed or done, it was done right away. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily.

We usually prefer a bit more modern hotels. It can be a bit hard to find one like that in prague without paying significantly more money per night. This hotel even if old is definitely worth the money. And for those who prefer a bit older look over modern will definitely love this one.

We really loved breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious, the room was cosy and clean, bed was comfortable and quite spacious, the staff was polite and helpful, our room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed, AC and smart TV were very convenient, overall the stay was really pleasant

The only thing I can point out is the ceiling in the bathroom, the paint started to come off and it need a refreshment, a bit annoying was also a noisy street, but it’s not really a hotel’s fault

Our stay at the hotel was delightful. The cozy ambiance made us feel right at home, and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, and impeccably clean.

However, it's worth noting that the hotel isn't wheelchair accessible due to the lift stopping between floors, leaving about 10 steps inaccessible to wheelchairs. Additionally, we were a party of four and were accommodated in a duplex suite, which I overlooked in the photos. Nevertheless, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring our satisfaction overall

The hotel is near the centre (1,5 Km or 4 tram stops, including the main station), in a neighbourhood with its own charm and local atmosphere, It is not on a main street and has no tram tracks (which can be a problem in Prague). It is top quality, with facilities and services that are unusually good for the price, and it included a self-service breakfast that had everything. This was our 2nd stay and it remains top of the list for future trips to Prague.

I have the business travel in EUROPE and USA,CANADA. Asia ,about 5-6 months every year,I live in hotels.I tried different hotels as then give fair comments. In Prague,I stayed 9days .and tried 6hotels:Hilton,GRANDIOR Hoyle,banquets Seven days,DON ..Golden Crown.for this FLEUR,I recommend. maybe the facility is not as good as expected,for example, many IPTV channels don’t work ,you need to hold to take the shower. but the staffs are very helpful and kind,from the frontdesk to the housekeeping to the breakfast kitchen,very very warm in the room. there is a big supermarket 5minutes away. little bit noisy at midnight,some people shouts on the streets. anyway,I recommend.

Great, delicious and wide range of breakfast. Staff is pretty nice and helpful. Rooms are clear and comfortable - especially the beds. Despite the really bad weather in April heating was still functioning, so it's a big 5 :) Smart TV during bedtime is also great. Free WiFi. Elevator is a great help after so many steps during sightseeing in the city. Umbrellas were free to use all day - proactive staff :)

Parking is only available on the street. It is a bit tricky (not many free parking places) and it's a little bit pricey, but subscription at the hotel is a must to have the car near the hotel.
