The Hotel is located in the heart of the old Praha city. Perfect location. Clean and Spacious room (Superior Double Room). Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect with variety of deliciousness to choose from. We specially enjoyed our evenings (after a day full of walking in the city) in the hotel restaurant having the beer and snacks. (try their fresh tea) Bonus hint 1: Parking works like that, you find a parking spot and park on the streets around the hotel (blue zone) and give your license number to the reception and they will take care of the registering, etc. I sent my license number by message before arriving and they had it in the system already. Bonus hint 2: The restaurant "Lokál Dlouhááá" is right next door to the hotel. We found that this restaurant is ranked number 1 for traditional Czech cuisine in Prague. Enjoy the beer, good food, and atmosphere. Make sure you try Beef Tartar and Goulash.

Everything was great. Hotel team is excellent, Anna and Tanya helped a lot with all issues. And breakfast is really amazing! Highly recomended.

We stayed at this hotel from Monday to Wednesday. It is conveniently located near the old town, and there is free parking available for those arriving by car. We parked our car and didn’t need to use it again since everything was within walking distance! The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ahmed was incredibly kind, warmly greeted us, provided us with great tips on places to visit and things to do, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Anna and Kate at the reception were also very kind and made us feel truly welcome. They were always there to assist with anything we needed. A huge thank you to Ahmed, Anna, and Kate. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Prague!

One of the highlights of my stay was the ease with which I could extend my parking and arrange for a late check-out. Diana and Veronica handled these requests effortlessly and with a smile, ensuring my experience was stress-free and comfortable. The hotel's atmosphere was wonderful, characterized by a cozy and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home. The food was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, adding to the overall excellent experience. a hotel in the middle of the old town. Many sights can be reached on foot. hotel is very clean and has very nice staff. A special mention should be made of Ahmet as a guest recipient. very nice and accommodating. welcomed us very friendly and helped us with the parking space. accompanied us to our room and explained a lot about the hotel to us in detail! breakfast was very tasty. a large selection of dishes! We were here with our dog and that also worked well.

We arrived not able to find a parking slot close by the hotel, went to park under a Mall with an expensive fee. During check- in, the reception told us that hotel staff can help parking the car, and we had free parking, why pay expensive parking fee at other places?….. Ahmed helped us with a nice parking spot, and patiently directed my husband to park the car - we are very grateful to receive such good service from competent staff in the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, is located very centrally, easy to get to a few famous sites. Will go for it next time again in Prague.

It was a weird situation where they advertised returning at a much cheaper rate and not book through booking.com and other sites. I always find this a bit distasteful.

Very friendly check in. Provided with map of the city and a few places highlighted for us. Welcome drinks given. Bar staff very friendly and chatty on every visit didn't get there names, Hotel in good position, 5 minute quick route to old town square. Few minutes to river. Very good selection for breakfast. Arrived to find a nice bottle of wine in the room from the hotel Also a note from Katerina introducing herself and replenished and cleaned our room to a very high standard. we didn't need the well stocked minibar. On checkout Lenka and Aniva presented us with a complimentary fridge magnet, offers on further bookings, and ensured we had enjoyed our stay and were happy.

This is just a comment not a dislike! We hadn't realised how the weather/ seasons would affect the roof top bar being open. All roof top bars were closed whilst we were there.
