So kind receptionist man (may depend on time)- I felt healed here after the awful experience from such disrespectful staff at Sir Tob*'s 🥺 Had free PCs with internet

The building looks quite old from outside The dorm room's overall atmosphere was a bit untidy, beds and facilities/pool were not in the best condition but decent price covers

I highly recommend Plus Prague, the staff is super friendly, special thanks to Mike at the reception who welcomed us and garanteed we get the best experience. The room is spacious , clean and very tidy. The facilities are also very fun and you get to use the gym or the swimming pool whenever you want, which is great when you go back to relax after a long day of sight seeing. It is very close to public transport that takes you literally everywhere. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there and I recommend it :)

This is a pretty big hostel in a "cooler" area of Prague away from the suffocatingly touristic old town. Double room was pretty good for the price and hostel seems to have most needed services. Take heed that washing machines only take local coins.

Seems to acommodate large kids groups, which might be an issue if you get a room near them.

The hostel was in a good location near a tram stop which takes you to the city centre or very close to the main station. The staff were very friendly, the WiFi was good, towels were not provided ( can be taken by paying deposit and cleaning fee) deposit returned after returning the towel during check-out. The power outlets and reading lamp are provided to every bed. You have access to the free Sauna and Swimming pool but I didn't use it , so I can't comment much about it. The room has a very good heating system.

Beds were made very well but the pillow was not comfortable at all. I should have raised this issue at the time with the reception but I was busy but just letting them know now.

Staff were friendly and there were good facilities. Overall it was a good place to stay

There were a lot of large groups there while I was staying, some of them for bucks parties, who behaved quite inappropriately (for example walking around nude, or being very drunk and leering at me and saying weird things). This isn’t really the hostel’s fault but I think there is a risk of this if you accept bucks party reservations. Anyway, I didn’t really feel comfortable here as a solo female traveller

In the weeks running up to our stay in this hostel, we started to get more and more skeptical because of negative reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised with our 2 person room. We had booked in advance through Booking.com, and checking in went smoothly. Our passports were checked, and we moved into the hostel. Our first impression of the common area and room was proper and clean. Our room was clean and big enough. It did get really hot, but that was because the general temperature peaked around 30C° and the sun was onto our window for most of the day. The windows opening combined with the fan provided the necessary cooling at night. The hostel wasn't at all that loud. We heard a couple of noises, and I heard the elevator ping a few times since it was right across us from the hall. But nothing out of the ordinary for a hostel. Transport and accessibility were better than expected. Praha-holesovice is about a 10-15 min walk away, from where you can take metro C to the center of prague. The tram is also an option, as tram 17 takes you around to the center as well. A supermarket and café are about 5 minutes to walk away, hence why we didn't make use of the breakfast options. The hostel itself provides cleaning of rooms, granted you don't put up your 'do not disturb' sign. They don't change your towels, though. If you want fresh towels, you had to take them down themselves and pay for it by weight. If you don't plan on paying for that, just take some of your own. The hostel also makes it very clear that 22:00 through 06:00 is quiet time. If you violate that, you are most likely going to be fined.

The only complaint is that the common area provides a small corner with a microwave and water cooker and that water cooker is really slow. If you have the patience for your water to cook, you can make yourself some noodles or soup with it. Besides that, the vending machines downstairs only accepted cash (CZ crowns, of course) and no card. The hostel itself has an ATM in which you have to withdraw at least 1.000 crowns and pay a hefty fee of 7 euros on top. Not recommended. Also, besides claiming they are a 24-hour service hostel, there was, on multiple occasions, no personnel to be found in the hostel and around the reception.

It is very clean and safe. The pool and sauna were open in the winter. The room was warm and had its own lock, so it felt very secure. Everything is as pictured and there were no issues. It was overall a fantastic place to stay.

It is important to note that there is no kitchen. This is fine if you eat out a lot, but it is a little difficult to survive off of supermarket food when there is only a microwave and a kettle. However, this also means that the only sinks where you can fill a a drink bottle are the ones in the bathrooms. The other thing to be aware of is that, while there is a laundry in the hostel, it is very expensive. I spent almost 20 euros for a wash and dry cycle that didn’t even fully dry my clothes. It does dispense it own liquid and fabric softener though, so no need to pack that.

The place is nice, not in a typical tourist area. The tram/bus stop is 5 minutes away. The room was nice; we had our own bathroom. The shower was separate from the washroom, which I really liked.

The receptionist i dealt with charged me for the room even though I had already paid for it before I reached the place. I didn't check because I was exhausted with my flight being delayed, and I booked their airport shuttle, so I thought I was only paying for that. The next morning, when I went and asked, she just said it was booking.com's fault since it didn't show her any payment option. She wouldn't show the screen or anything. So I contacted booking.com, and they said it was the receptionist's fault and said they'll refund me back my money. When I went and told her, she was just acting cold.

The staff was really nice! They were helpful and kind, which can be rare nowdays. The place is great, especially for the price. Public transport is easily reachable and most things are within short distances. The rooms were clean, they give us towels (no charge) and the heating was working well. The breakfast was delicious. You can pay by card the morning you want to eat. No need to order it in advance. The place has vending machines as well, for water, other drinks and even sandwitches. There is a microwave and electric water heater for everyone to use. All in all, I would recommend this place if you need a place to sleep while you are sight seeing in Prague.

The vending machine did not work, but the girl at the reception helped us, so no real issues here. The restaurant is outside of the main building, so that was a little bit annoying when it was raining outside. But its only a few steps, so nothing too bad. The breakfast is good, but there could be a little bit more options maybe. But for two days it was totally ok.

The relax zone with swimming pool + sauna was AMAZING. I was expecting the gym to be free too, but you have to pay to get access to it. Also, if you're a gym rat, you can buy some supplements at the hostel, which was unexpected but EXTREMELY tempting. The shared room was as expected. If you don't have a padlock, you can rent it at the reception. Bed lining is provided but towels aren't; however, you can rent them. Make sure to have some czech crowns on you to use the laundromat and the vending machines. At the reception they also accept euros, which was a plus. For the price I've paid, it was EXTREMELY good. I've been to a few hostels in the rest of Europe but nothing compares to this one so far, this quality for the price is something you can't easily find.
