The location is very convenient, near the metro in a fairly quiet area, close to the center. Check-in and check-out are very simple and convenient, you just need to inform the time in advance, since the reception is not open 24 hours. The room is very comfortable. Cleanliness is at a high level, there is everything you need, including bathroom accessories, a kettle, a refrigerator. Amazing soundproofing, this is really something. Despite the fact that the room is not very large, but at the same time quite comfortable and there is no discomfort. Another important point is very comfortable beds, I know from experience how important this is. Here this point is beyond all praise.

The location is amazing, the hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. We honestly had a blast and it was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had.

There are some stairs at the entrance which can be annoying to deal with when you're with a suitcase, but overall - everything was perfect.

The place was great, situated in a very nice location close by trams but also near the central area.

The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the fact that there was no laundry service provided. We had to visit a nearby laundry shop (~100 meters, super close) to wash the clothes ourselves, which is fine but time consuming. Other than that, everything was wonderful and I would probably visit again

I enjoyed my stay, at this property. It served its purpose for what I needed. Solo traveler, just looking for a reasonable priced place to sleep. I was still in walking distance of everything, yet in a quiet part of town.

The height of entering into the bathtub, to take a shower (roughly a 24 inch height). I don't know if they have rooms with lower enter levels or not. Or if that is the standard throughout Prague. But depending on your age, flexibility and maybe even your height, this might be an issue for some. I am 5'9" and I struggled getting in and out.

We chose this hotel to be abit out of the main areas and loved it. It was close to get to Old Town but had wonderful local cafes and restuarants. We ate out each morning trying a different cafe and ate local each night. The area is quiet and great for walking around. We enjoyed the local Christmas Market nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The rooms were large and the shower was great.

There was a bar advertised that we thought we could get drinks at but it was just an area to sit where you could bring your own drinks.

We were very happy with this hotel. Warm welcome, well organised reception, informative, delicious breakfast for a good price. Walking distance to city centre, close to the public transport. Shops, restaurants, coffees nearby. We originally booked one night, but added another. Nice design. Quick reception response.

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by public transport and close to the city centre. It's in an lovely old building (usually means a lot of steps to reach the top levels), but hotel is conveniently equipped with an elevator. The room was nice and clean, a bit on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. Staff was nice and breakfast very decent too. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we missed was parking availability. Even though the booking says they have parking spots available, after asking at the reception, the hotel staff offered us a parking spot in their "partner acommodation", which was nearby, but cost extra fee and honestly, was quite pricey. We ended up parking in a public parking garage several stops away from the hotel.

My flight to Prague was much later than the time it was supposed to go, so I arrived at the hotel for midnight. The communication from the hotel was superb and late check-in was arranged. On arrival I was able to pick up the key from an combination-locked box and went to my room. Room itself was very nice, clean and the bed was really comfortable. I woke up late and was in the room passed the checkout time but I wasn't harassed, so really happy about that. Late check-in was really simple and well organised. Not necessarily a problem for me, but the stairs from the front entrance to reception can be a hassle if you're travelling with heavy suitcases.

It was good in overall,for 3 nights stay since it was near city center.

We had booked a double room but we received a completely different room,it was a triple room different from the pictures with two small windows. We have paid different prices for the coffee one day 3 euros and the other one 5 euro we didn’t get it why. Breakfast could be better,not many options.

The hotel is in a very good location, a lot of restaurants, grosseries and transport around. I love to walk, so the “old town” was closer for me (like 1,5 km), and everyday I was walking to there. The installations are new, and the bed is amazing
