Its nice hotel with great facilities for kids (big playground inside) and good location - close to spa Kostelec and Zoo Zlin. The kitchen was good as well and staff very helpful.

The room was too hot, not air-condition.

Good hotel with good location (just about 10min by car from the ZOO and the same distance to the spa/swimming pool - Lazne Kostelec). The staff was nice and friendly and there is nice restaurant next to the hotel as well. What is also really good is the place for the kids - special big playground which is part of the hotel. Kids liked it a lot!

Too simple breakfast/not much choices, however, if you are not too picky, you will be OK with that.

-no normal pillows -better quality of breakfast the bread was old that was served to me -due to there recreating the playground area it was smelling paint ,and there was noise of workers the rooms should be noiseless -bad internet connection in rooms (but i didnt went for the internet ) -the restaurant was closing too early like 18:00 couldnt find anything to eat in the area so i should walk like 30 mins or more to find something nice to eat

The hotel was situated at a quiet place in Zlin. The hotel was especially for children, parents with children or families with children, but that didn't bother us and we knew that when we booked at this hotel. Location was not far from Zlin centre. There was a nice terace for warm summer evenings and finally breakfast was good

It is a multi-purpose establishment, so if you are traveling with children, they can use the premises for their amusements. The room was quite spacious, which was pleasant.

Poor choice for breakfast.

The only worthy thing in hotel is the amusement park, although the entrance fee has to be paid even for hotel staying guests. In their manual, which a guest can find in their room it states that hotel guests get 50% discount on the entrance fee but on the reception only a 10% discount was given. Our kid was eligable for a free entrance due to his age ( 2 years) but we still had to pay for two adults just so that we could sit there and have coffee. I suggest to find a better hotel and just come visit the amusement park although I think that the management of the park should think about improving their service and staff.

Really bad money value for the hotel service you receive. Rooms seem outdated and are not particulary clean and there was no cleaning service on the second day of stay. No one came to bring fresh towels or empty the trash let along to clean the beds. Breakfast was a complete disappointment. For a kid friendly hotel it is illogical that breakfast starts at 8am, especially since some kids wake up much earlier than that. Breakfast offer was another disappointment. One type of pork ham and cheese, few pieces of fruit and yogurts and some packed spreads. Bread seemed couple of days old. If you wanted to order fresh eggs they charged additionally. The next day the buffay was basically the same but with less options since they didnt bother to refill any of the fruit which was eaten the day before. The staff seem to speak barely Czech and no English at all and are generally unfriendly. The amusement park is payable also for the hotel staying guests. They charge for every single person who enters the park even for adults who anyways spend money on drinks and food there. Hotel guests are given 10% discount on the entrance, approximately 1,5 EUR. When you take in a consideration that you pay 120 EUR for 2 bed room for a night, thats just an disgrace.
