The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable with a lot of TV channel options. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance . About 20 minutes walking from the train station.

Unfortunately I had a problem with my foot and the hotel has very low accessibility, stairs everywhere, so it was a little difficult for me. Would not recommend to someone with mobility issues.

There is no lift! I was lucky because I stayed on the the 1st floor (not ground floor) and I have luggage 28 kg and if I need to climb with luggage up to 4th floor that could be “impossible mission”.

U Ševce worked out well for me. Central, comfortable, convenient for eating and drinking although I didn’t go to the in-house restaurant. A comfortable walk to the Bata buildings. Zlín is a great town to visit if you like industrial architecture

Breakfast selection is a bit limited, no buffet only a selection of eggs and basic cold cut, ham and cheese. But this could be due to there not being many guests, at my time of visit. Scrabled eggs were great.

everything was great! Barbara on the front desk is very helpful. just beware, no elevator, and rooms 1 flight up from the ground floor. the breakfast place is one floor down from the ground floor. so each breakfast, one must go up and down 2 floors. not practical if you have any difficulty with climbing stairs.

We have arrived late during the night but the receptionist was waiting for us and she was very nice. She unlocked the parking space for us. We needed to book 2 additional nights and it was arranged without any issue. We booked the room for two adults and two kids via Booking.com (one child 5 years old and the second child almost 2 years old) but finally only one child appeared in the booking at the hotel, so we got a room where there were only two large beds and one small bed for the toddler. But the receptionist arranged a larger room with 3 large beds for us immediately without any additional cost. GREAT JOB!

The rooms were clean, renovated, clean sheets, comfortable beds, excellent location. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The staff were very accommodating.

We came during spring, so we didn't need air-conditioning, however during hot summers that can be an issue. The doors are very thin, and you can hear everyone in the corridor. Towels were not changed during the stay, though not a big deal for a three nights stay. The safes are new and nobody knows exactly how to use them, so we weren't able to use them even after the lady from the reception came and tried to show us how to use them. If you make a mistake using the safe it will start beeping very loud for a few minutes. The rooms are not properly ventilated when empty, so some mold grew inside one of the room's wardrobe. The rooms are not equipped with kitchenettes or electric kettle.

A very cozy place near to city center, shops and restaurant. Room was warm and clean, well equipped. There is an option to reserve a parking place and restaurant served tasty and various breakfast. On the plus side, there is nice and helpful staff. I recommend this place in Zlin!

Parking should be booked in advance, otherwise hotel may not provide it if fully booked. City parking around the hotel is complicated.

Exceptionally friendly staff that really helped us a lot during the stay and unlike most people in the area they spoke quite good English. The room was clean and comfortable.
