The room was big, bathroom clean and a great shower. The bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioner worked as expected (hot day) and the wifi was normal. Staff was really polite and receptive. Great spaces and comfortable place. Good location also for what we were looking for.

The TV in the room is quite small (I believe a 32 inch for about 6 meters distance from the bed - we could barely watch a movie). The breakfast was disappointing. We were expecting a lot of fruits and options but was not close at all. We got there late (hangover form the last night party) but we were advised that it would be good.

The room is large and clean, with a view to the sea and the 3rd bridge, local staff very gentle, breakfast is ok, great location with regular taxis available charging by the meter.

The hotel is nice and i would stay there next time, but the restaurant service needs improvement, takes a long time to get a meal, even the daily meal. No amenities in the bathroom except soap and shampoo.

Very good and clean hotel with very nice hotel staff. Very convenient location and very helpful front desk. Breakfast was great and to our satisfaction.

The only drawback was no complementary coffee or tea on the lobby of the hotel or inside the rooms. Almost every other hotel I stayed overseas and in Canada has those tow complementary services.

The shower is really good. The bed was incredible. The breakfast was ok.

The gym is very limited, the sky hall on the last floor was closed due to maintenance. The card used to enter the room was always getting unsynced, I had to sync it 5 times during my stay. The central air conditioner could be more customizable.

The hotel is great - no complaints and breakfast is great. Also bar/restaurant has great options.

The only small complaint was that the room I stayed was a bit dark, not many lamps, but it was not an issue.

We called ahead of time and asked for a window facing the bridge (Terceira Ponte), and they gave us a room with an excellent view! The sunrise and sunset was really nice. Hotel staff was really friendly. Services and overall hotel infrastructure are really good. Room was very clean.

Nice hotel, located close to the water. We got an upgrade and endend up in a very spacious room. The breakfast was the highlight. Probably the best one we had in hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A supermarket is just a view hundred meters away.

Great hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. All the facilities in the room worked properly, specially the air conditiong which was also very clean. Breakfast was rich and diversified, including gluten-free optios. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Not exactly a big issue, but some pool, gym and sauna areas already show signs a renovation (or just a new painting) is in order.

Great location and very helpful staff and nothing seemed a problem even if you had an issue.

Problems with the WiFi in the room. The staff tried to sort the problem but it didn't work. They found us another room and it sort of worked but was slow. Went for dinner in the restaurant one evening, as it was raining and we didn't want to go out. The restaurant has virtually no atmosphere and the food seemed to take a while to arrive, which is is not a problem when are not planning on going anywhere anyway, it's just when it did arrive it wasn't very warm.
