Convenient location close to the airport. You can take the airport shuttle for free and then walk from the bus stop, or you can use hotel shuttle for 5 EUR per person. You can't really walk there, eventhough on the map it doesn't seem far. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, equipped with all you need. We much appreciated breakfast starting from 5 am, which had very good selection of food.

Windows are not sound proof so you can hear airplanes and near church bell till midnight.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle for 5€, which is nice. But there is a free shuttle, the bus stop is 5-10min away. We learnt about it to late, but maybe somebody finds it useful:)

After reading many reviews about this hotel which were not too flattering I arrived there in some trepidation. However I must say it was much better than I had expected. I caught the free airport shuttle bus from T1 to Case Nuove (which is half way between T1 and T2) and then walked 10 minutes to the hotel which is right by a pleasant old village with a cute church. The hotel is large, bright and modern and the staff all seemed friendly and helpful. I checked in quickly and went to my room which was also bright and airy and a good size with 2 fairly comfy double beds. The bathroom was nice and large and modern with a great shower too. The room had a fridge and free bottled water but a kettle and tea/coffee would have been nice. I had a very good sleep and had breakfast which was extra but was actually good value with a good choice selection. I then got the hotel's own shuttle van to T2 (which I pre-booked the night before) and I thought 5 euros wasn't too high a charge. I paid half as much for this hotel as I would have paid for a hotel actually right outside T2 so I thought it was very good value for money.

The bedroom was a little dated but wasn't badly furnished. The hotel shuttle van isn't huge (it seats around 15 I recall) and the demand seems quite high and it operates only every 30 minutes. But if you give yourself enough time and it is full, you can walk within 10 minutes from the hotel to the free airport shuttle bus (the stop is called Case Nuove) which runs around every 15 minutes and arrive at T2 within 3-4 minutes.

Good position for Malpensa Airport, and nice selection of cakes for breakfast (starting at 5 am). Instead of using the hotel shuttle, you can reach the terminals with the free airport shuttle bus running every 20 minutes from the Case Nuove stop (10 minutes away from the hotel by foot).

Close to airport - about 30min walk though no clear footpaths. Good continental breakfast with various food options. Room was clean and all that was required for an overnight stay for an early flight. Ran shuttle to airport in morning which cost €5. There is a nearby free shuttle that runs between Terminal 1 and 2 though this is about 10min walk from the hotel so paying for convenience.

There wasn't an ATM on the premises so make sure to get cash out before you leave the airport if you are just transferring through MXP.

Breakfast was very good and extremely varied, the fresh coffee made by staff was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location for the airport.

When we got to the airport we followed the instructions sent by the hotel for the shuttle service… the instructions were good but the phone number i rang never got answered so we eventually had to pay for a taxi .

Shower was great. The restaurant was good value. The breakfast was outstanding and what was exceptional was you could have breakfast at 5am.

Room was a bit tired. The shuttle was welcome but 5 euros each way per person can work out a little dear for families. What is not said is that a 10 minute walk away there is a free bus to the airport every 15 minutes during the day which I used. Be warned iots quick to get to the airport but around 45 minutes to get back.

It was extremely close to airport. 5 mins drive, and the best part is they have their own shuttle bus which does cost 5 euro each way per person but still good value as a taxi charges between 40 to 50 euro !! So I would recommend it purely for the convenienceand cost. Rooms are nice too. Adequate for 1 night stay during 12 hours transit. Paid £110 including breakfast for quad room with was excellent value compared to other hotels at same distance . Convenient if you are landing at 12 midnight and leaving at 11 am in the morning. Comfortable beds, clean, has towels and toiletries. Can slightly hear the planes in the morning that's because you are inside the airport area so expected,

The only thing missing was a kettle. Would of liked to make hot drinks in my room. And also wouldn't need to opt for breakfast if on a budget. It's very isolated so nowhere to eat as with other hotels.

After a bad experience with an airport hotel at terminal 2, I booked this on a whim. It didn't have great reviews but my experience was good. It's easy enough to get to from the airport shuttle bus, staff were friendly and efficient at check in, booked us on the shuttle in the morning, and it came the next morning right on time. No complaints, room was big, cooling worked, fine for a night

The shower head was unscrewed when we arrived and sprayed water everywhere when you used it. Water temp was fine though. Phone also didn't work, wasn't connected to reception as tried to ring about something
