I prefer to stay here when travelling by plane as it's close to the airport and the parking lot is fenced in. Makes me feel my vehicle is safe. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle is always available. They should do something about the phone lines though as I always have trouble reaching the front desk.

Phone system. When trying to reach the front desk, I had to go through several choices and ended up with someone's voice mail which was pretty useless.

Send the shuttle to the airport at flight arrival time. Why do we need to call and then wait. You can't be afraid to burn a little gas. Focus on cleaning as it could improve. Pay attention to details, such as the state of the curtains, pillows and turn on tv's to see if they are working. Mine had been smashed by the previous renters. I didn't discover it till morning as I had a late arrival. Finally pay attention to the replenishment of the coffee supplies. Done very poorly.

The staff was accommodating of our requests. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the restaurant at the lobby! The food that we had were all superb and the service was impeccable! Highly recommended!

There’s lots of trash in the corridors leading to our room due to kids staying in the hallways to play til the wee hours of the night. We can hear them whenever we’re in the bathroom, and sometimes even from our beds.

The pool was amazing, beds were comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean! Property is right next to an airport, we saw several planes (right out our window) and never heard anything! They must have done an incredible job sound proofing. Hot tub was closed down.

Staff were super friendly, check-in/check-out were seamless. Ample parking. Room was very clean. Location was great, tucked a little off the main road so traffic sounds were not an issue. Didn't try the pool, but the pool area looked very clean.

Parking lot could use a little more lighting, but there were plenty of spaces.

Parking lot dirty with no landscaping, restaurant furniture and carpet dirty, small bed for 2 people, long wait time for food in restaurant, smell of marijuana in room.

The property is always clean the staff is always friendly which keeps me coming back here

The hot tub is permanently closed which is a draw back in my books as well as the price tends to be a little bit more on the higher end of things with paying those prices I want to have a place where everything is working

Room was very clean. Josh and Manuel from Housekeeping/Maintenance were AWESOME. There were some furnishings missing from my room, as per the listing details I'd received, and they quickly took care of it and were appropriately apologetic and very pleasant.

Missing desk lamp and reading chair. Lobby and elevator looked a little grungy but there was a sign saying renovations were taking place so it was probably related.

Greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Very happy with size of room. Dining options not far away, breakfast waitress gave us an excellent tip on a local site to visit which we did not about. Location handy for checking out places in the area.

Two chairs for sitting/ reading would be great for a couple.

The recent renovations to the Valhalla hotel definitely exceeded my expectations as the room interior was similar to 5-star hotels that I’ve stayed in before. I was so pleasantly surprised and really impressed by it. I also really liked the restaurant/bar, it was excellent! Airport shuttle service was excellent, punctual and very useful if you’re traveling by plane. Really enjoyed my stay!
