I loved the views (especially from my balcony). The pool and beach were beautiful and comfortable temperatures. Loved that the pool was open 24/7 and that the resort was right on the beach. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed Fernando (towel guy). His energy and customer service was outstanding.

The beds could have been a tad bit softer/comfortable, but not too bad. We did have trouble keeping a consistent temperature in our room. Sometimes hot and sometimes cold. One major issue was the ants in our room on the dresser. We mentioned it to the front desk a couple of times before it was addressed on the third night. But the resort did compensate us for that inconvenience.

Overall the staff wasn’t warm and friendly. I almost felt like we were annoying them when ordering food or drinks. Everyone seemed cold and unwelcoming. Not a vacation vibe at all.

Spacious room with all amenities and great view. Location was excellent right n front of the beach. The staff was always super friendly and helpful.

The pool was not in the best condition. The prices were really high for everything food, the stay even parking the car was expensive. Even though they had double pain door being next to the airport runway you can really hear the planes at night.

I loved the beautiful views from my balcony, I loved eating dinner out by the ocean. I loved how helpful your front desk people are. I love that you had a A lot of chairs for the pool area and the pool was in the nice size! I like that you had different options as far as food within the hotel.

every restaurant/café at the hotel and the service was amazing but in that restaurant that strictly for the breakfast hour I found the staff to be incredibly rude from the person that greets you to your waitress. The food was not very good and when you expressed that to them they basically told you it is what it is. The waitresses seemed very bothered when you asked for anything and then only brought you half what you wanted! The pool although I love the size and look it was always very dirty.

The resort is very nice. The staff very friendly. The lobby clean and beautiful Our room very spacious, the view amazing Location perfect only 4 minutes from the airport.

Our room smelled so much of mold. I could never open the door to go out to the balcony, it was very rusty. The sheets we’re stained and looked yellow and old The breakfast good, but was very cold and the pancakes looked like stone.

it was a beautiful beach! food was also well down and staff was nice met a lot of nice guests as well.

there was a lot of shade by the pool b/c of umbrellas and trees—- which were beautiful, but I prefer sun and I noticed others were trying to follow the sun too planes were loud but it didn’t bother me- may bother others

The beach and location are excellent. I liked that they provided chairs and towels for use on the beach. They were very prompt when I called for service. They didn’t make you wait for anything. Very friendly as well. JAMES at the front valet stand was a highlight of our trip ‘my hotel bestie’. He made sure my daughter and I were having the best time and gave recommendations on restaurants and answered any questions we had. He was the first face we saw when we arrived and was so friendly and helpful!

My only complaint was the restaurant service was very slow. The price of the breakfast buffet was very high. I was also charged 2.00 to add 3 pickle slices to my burger. I felt like the restaurant was very overpriced for the things we got.

Wonderful presentation, variety and everything tasted great! Coffee excellent & hot!👍🏻

We loved having everything necessary readily available on site from the casino/ coffee/sandwich/pizza/ ice cream cafe to the swim up bar with towels/ grill at the pool bar available. The airport was within 10 minutes, which was great! It didn't bother us at all. From our room we could enjoy watching the planes. EVERYONE was so friendly! The service is phenomenal! We originally booked for a five day stay. We loved being here so much that we extended our stay to ten days. We definitely will return in 2024!!

If I had to say anything, I would suggest a little bigger gift shop. Something with more of a selection for souvenirs geared towards adults.
