The hotel was newly built and very stylish. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel and rooms were exceptional, and the staff’s behavior was excellent. There was free parking available. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a refrigerator, even though it did have an iron and ironing board. The hotel was outside the city, requiring a 20-minute drive to Barcelona, but there was a shopping center next to the hotel, along with several restaurants and a Carrefour store. Overall, it was worth more than what we paid, and the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel completely took away the fatigue of the trip.

The hotel is new, so all facilities are modern and in good condition. Windows are well sealed, no cars or rain heard from outside. Air conditioning working well, not stinky. Breakfast is very good, nevertheless quite expensive. Free parking outside the building.

Since the beginning of my stay there were some long black long hair everywhere in the room. For 4 days nobody cleaned that... I was affraid to make myself coffee cause mugs and spoons could be dirty as well.

Great hotel, safe location, standard Holiday Inn features, strong air conditioning, great breakfast, several TV channels available, bus stop outside the hotel which links directly to the metro station, shopping mall close by to the hotel which includes food places e.g. McDonald's, Domino's etc and supermarket and major clothing retailers

Travelers' to note to get to central Barcelona via public transport will include the bus and a metro line (approx 1 hour commute (2.4 euros per journey per transport method)) alternatively, freenow taxis will cost between 40-50 euros one way, this hotel is also a 1 hour drive from GIrona airport and public transport routes can take over 2.5 hours

The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and very helpful. The servers at the dining area were just so kind and always smiling. Miss Sara Muñoz at the reception desk was exceptional in her service, attitude, along with such a very warm personality. There was one night when the reception area was filled with guests. At least 20 were present, and she was alone at the desk. She handled every single person with such a professional demeanor and smile. Although there were a few who became impatient, she always carried on with her smile and charm. These are the very many workers who are at the very heart and soul of the hotel. The workers who make us feel special. Who provide and give us exceptional service beyond the scope of their job performance and duties. I would like for Miss Muñoz and the other hard-working employees to be recognized and awarded some entitlement and recognition for the exceptional service that they provided. A hearty thank you to all of you, dear workers, for you made our stay at the Holiday Inn delightfully pleasant. Because, without their presence, exceptional service, and hard work, there would be no Holiday Inn.

What can I say, but that, It was all great.

Brand new Hotel, just 30 car-minutes outside of BCN. Good beds and very an effective air conditioning. Can’t make any statements concerning breakfast, as I booked my stay without. A car is highly recommended. ( OK, this is my humble opinion ) Plenty outside parking space available ( only 4 cars). In order to visit Barcelona, drive 7 Minutes ( 4,1 KM ) to the "Hospital General", drop your car for free at the metro station and buy an affordable train ticket!!!! Return tickets start at €. 2,27 per person. Approximately 45 minutes later you are @ placa de Catalunya . No hussle, no stress, no toll and no horrendous parking fees in BCN… hasta pronto

A small minibar ( fridge ) would have been a nice feature.

Cristina (Head of Reception) was, simply, outstanding. What a great professional! She was polite, eager to help, and always portraying a nice welcoming smile. Simply 10 out of 10!

My colleague came for the last night and when he realised that his room was facing a noisy motorway, he kindly asked to be relocated to the quieter side of the hotel. It was obvious, which was confirmed to us the following day by a member of staff, that the hotel was not fully occupied. However, an Italian sounding gentleman refused to change his room which resulted in him sleeping rather badly and looking like a zombie for important meeting the next day. What a shame! I was treated like royalty, and then we asked a doable favour the team was unable to respond. Bad.

beautiful hotel in a really calm area , also there's a big shopping mall just less than 5 minutes walking in the opposite side to far from barcelona but it's good you can use the metro to reach there i like the location any way because the calm and tidy sant cugat & rubi is a great small cities , the people friendly and welcoming with a lot of nice restaurants & bars in both cities

if you came from barcelona in the metro you will need a walk between 20-35 minutes to reach the hotel depends on the station you stop

Greatest staff on earth. Alicia took care of everything we needed. The bartender was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better experience.

It was a bit of a train ride to Barcelona- Ramblas, but Alicia gave us excellent walking directions, so it was no problem.

Clean, Free parking outside,

Vegan options were limited to fruits, tined beans and mushrooms. No fridge in the standard room, No free access to coffee and water after breakfast. No access to EV charging station, unless you pay 20 euro for parking for a night. Situated 1 km from the nearest commercial centre where you can find free charging stations.

The hotel is clean, with well-organized rooms. As for parking on the second floor below the hotel, it is safe and monitored by cameras, providing peace of mind. A great stay for those seeking cleanliness and security.

The lack of water in the rooms was disappointing, and the absence of a mini-fridge negatively impacted my comfort during the stay.
