Our second stay here and I would say it was just as good as last time. The biggest plus were the staff, location, pool and what were included in the room. It was always so nice to be greeted by the enthusiastic guard and getting kind and polite service from the front desk. This hotel is really close to the beach, Cicada + Tamarind night markets, and 7-11. The rooms have everything you could need and they are clean + smell fresh.

The hairdryer kept shutting off constantly, thus leaving hair damp. Really bad room designs especially in the bathroom. Water doesn't drain properly leaving the floor wet always. Shower closet is very tiny and poorly designed. There is so much wasted space in the bathroom.

The welcome was good. The elderly security guard is always the best. He is always in good spirits and is the best thing while entering the property. Room was nice and clean. Receptionist was good as well.

It was sad that there was not even one bottle of water in the mini fridge. Normally there are two bottles of water and some sodas. I know this because we frequently stay there. But this time was disappointing. And also, the staff, especially the receptionist, should be able to welcome repeat guests by name. It makes a lot of difference as they have guest history in their database. This is basic training that needs improvement.

sizing of room is acceptable and value for money. the staffs is super keen to help your stay better and specially Mr. security who take care of parking and greeting every time you step into property area

location of my room is in front of elevator and so many people chatting while they are waiting for the lift. i would prefer the other end of building to get more peaceful night.

The rooms are clean , the staff who clean the rooms are very good 👍. Reception staff very good 👍 restaurant staff very good 👍 security staff very good 👍 😀 . For me having a security box in your room , makes me feel safe with my passport and any valuable belonging s , easy to get in the city centre by taxi from hotel ,as there is a taxi company's in the hotel Reception area 😀

The only thing I did not like was the buffet breakfast was either for me only warm to eat sometimes cold , or they ran out of food in the buffet allways annoying 😒 , saying that I think thai people or Asian people like there food warm or cold 🥶 🤔 , I did make a suggestion that they put a microwave in the restaurant for people who want to eat hot food .

Perfectly fine IBIS hotel. Has happy hours, a pool, and close to a nice section of the beach. Balconies are nice. Clean and comfortable. Towels for the beach are also given out as well as flip flops.

Location is a bit so so - close to the beach but a taxi ride to the town centre and or night market required. Mostly a Hua Hin issue since it's very car centered around one street so it isn't the hotels fault per se.

The family rooms are spacious, kids have a bunk bed, mum and dad have their own bed. Breakfast is ample and plenty of variety. Coffee is good. Cereals, fruit, toast, fried eggs, rice congee, ham and sausages. The pool is clean and allows the kids to relax exercise before traveling again.

when the main car park is full, the overflow parking is a short journey away. There is a shuttle bus. Advertised and sold as a room for 4, yet they only provide 2 towels, have to ask for additional. Also only two small bottles of water. Shower leaked into the main bathroom area, making everything wet.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Comfy matress and nice soft pillows

Breakfast was not at all good. It was further to walk to shopping centre than expected from website description. But can’t complain for the price.

Room was spacious, clean and tidy . Bed very comfortable for sleeping Nice swimming pool . Breakfast was buffet style , which we prefer.

Fob keys to our room were inconsistent for access . On one occasion had to use a fob 8 times to enter our room. I did inform reception staff this morning as we were leaving .

Pool area was nice.

When you leave the hotel at night no car parking available on return to the hotel. Had to park down the road on the opposite side of the road in a car park and walk back. Had to get the fridge replaced in my room as it wasn’t working properly

Great Central location and Pet friendly no surcharges or fees! Cannot have animals walking in public areas (cart OK) but some room in carpark and grounds to walk a bit. Rooms quite OK for pets (in my case a cat). Staff very friendly food well priced bed comfortable TV has movies great smelling soap in the shower everything jingle bell.

Everything good.
