Amazing choice of breakfast, really comfortable room, and I really liked the facilities. It is also located near to a bus stop and metro which has access to transportation towards the main attractions of Istanbul. Almost everything was really nice

The location is a little bit noisy (close to a factory) but it's not anything that the hotel can do. Coffee machine was broken twice on our second day too, fortunately the staffs were quick to repair it. In my room, the showering room's door's a bit broken and water leaks out of the showering place

The most beautiful thing about the hotel is that it does not serve alcohol, it is comfortable, the breakfast food is rich, excellent, and varied, and the team working in the hotel is very nice, especially Miss Israa and the restaurant manager, Mr. Gökhan, not to mention the rest of the officials and employees. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is located in a central area close to Fatih, close to Eyup Sultan, close to the center of the country, and close to Forum Istanbul, the famous large mall, especially the long street that includes all the needs of any tourist.

In short, the hotel is excellent and there are no bad comments about it except one note, which is the lack of cleanliness of the hotel’s exterior glass, especially the windows of the rooms that we family used, and other than that, it is all excellent. Thank you, Golden Tulip Hotel.

The price is good. Breakfast was decent. View from room is good. Staff are polite and respectful. Special shout out to Musa and Mehmet (if I am not mistaken). Also the breakfast area manager who let us take our breakfast plates to the room as the breakfast time was over soon after we arrived for it. I don’t remember their name but they were really kind.

Location is a bit far from main attractions but I knew that beforehand so not much to complain about it. Room was too small and ac had water dripping through vents. The windows were very dirty which kinda ruined the view.

Exceeded my expectations! The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotless. Its location is just a short ride from all the main tourist attractions. The hotel also features a well-equipped spa, pool, and gym accessible to all guests. I had a taxi issue that Serkan diligently resolved, showcasing the exceptional service. Celil from the front desk was friendly and helped me with everything. I received the Superior Queen Room from 12th floor, absolutely fantastic view! Spa was free and included: Sauna and Heated Pool

If you want to go to Eminonu to take the ferry or go to Taksim, you need to change 2 metro. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of meat variety, some ham and sausage in tomato, that's it.

Awesome breakfast, clean room, nice bathroom with a glass wall. Spacy parking. Metro station is in 5-7 min walking distance.

When I was booking a hotel, I choose the "Free Breakfast for Genius" option and found Golden Tulip Hotel. Later on, when we were checking in on reception we were told that we don't have breakfast included and Booking.com frauded us and didn't send breakfast information to the hotel. It was really unpleasant. Fortunately, the next day lady at the reception corrected the issue. I am still not sure if it was a technical issue or deliberate misrepresentation from Booking.com's side. Everything else is fine and the room/bathroom is clean.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great pool. The location is not the best if you are a tourist who wants to see the sights, but this was not a problem for me. The breakfast is delicious, quite varied. Wi-fi workes well. Very great massage, completely relaxing, I slept as a baby after it! Barish efendi is an excellent master, special thanks to him. Particularly pleased with the presents from the hotel - fruits and nuts upon check-in. While waiting for a taxi, the staff offered free tea. These are seemed to be small things, but they are very nice, they show an attitude towards the client, for which a big like!

When choosing a hotel, I was guided by the presence of a bathеtub, it was important for me. Booking says there are bathtubs in some rooms, but the hotel does not have such rooms. As an apology, the staff gave me a nice room with a sea view, so I was not too upset. Also note that the pool is closed on Thursdays, I didn't know this and was left without the desired pool that day.

Clean rooms, clean and fresh sheets, very nice breakfast, friendly staff! We got an upgrade to a suit for the same price and even free breakfast!! Mr Serkan gave us a triple favour! We travelled however out of season and had a choice of different hotels. The staff at Golden Tulip is just so welcoming, professional and helpful, the hospitality is great! The location for us was perfect case I wanted to have a more quiet surrounding.

This is one of the best hotels in Istanbul, in my opinion. Their customer service was great , and they were a little expensive, but it value of money. It has lots of facilities you can use during your holiday.

Location was more in Industrial area than in tourist area. It took us long 35 minutes to Istanbul mall.
